My daughter is literally crying because they closed stone fire. We have several cards with money on them and she loves going there. Another example of millionaires wanting to pocket money instead of keeping kid's and our culture happy.

They got rid of half the games they used to have and a lot of the games they did have weren't working. Staff was also not very friendly.

It used to be good but they took away all the stuff for adults to do minus the games at least twice when my grandson and nephew were playing a game bigger kids kicked them off their game... While they were playing it...

One of my kids favorite places to go. We’ve been coming here for over 7 years now. Came today for a party and it’s still an amazing place with some updated things. THE GM was very POLITE & accommodating. Was amazing to see someone of that power out on the floor, cleaning, interacting & making sure he could do anything to meet other’s expectations. Thank youParking: Easy Parking

We called twice before going to make sure they were open and everything was operating. The site states the rides open at 4 pm. The first person that answered didn’t know anything. Second person assured me they were open. We get there and the rides are open BUT the games are down. That would’ve been nice to know on the phone call! After paying for the buffet the kids were able to get on the rides for free until games were open which they enjoyed. The place could DEFINITELY be cleaner especially the buffet. The 3 stars are for the really nice staff.

The food on the buffet was old and dry. The only thing good was the salad. Our room smelled like sewer. The fire dept came because a pizza burned. Bathrooms are dirty and a lot of stuff out of order. I would not take my family back there. We are sad that it was so bad. Haven't been there for a few years. When we went in the past it was such a fun place with great food.

Don’t go here for the food. I can’t remember eating anywhere that I have disliked more. We did arrive 30 minutes before the place was closing the food court. The salad bar was nearly empty when we walked up and the removed all of the soups 10 minutes after we arrived. I have had better pizza from the grocery store freezer section. Did I mention they charge $20. per person. Try it for yourself if you dare. Good Luck!!

Really cool place. Went to a kids birthday party here and it’s full of fun activities, arcade games and the food is pretty good too. Definitely a place worth checking out.

Pretty disappointed in the high price tag (2 adults, 11 yo, 3 yo, 1 yo and was over $100) while it is not clean, there was hardly any food and what existed was burned or looked like it was sitting for days. The games are decent, I think the best part was the family restroom that had a tiny toilet for our 3 year old. There was also a toddler play area by the food that was decent, just looked very dirty. Lastly the restaurant area was very dirty and the high chairs were disgusting.

I took my 3 grandchildren to Stonefire Pizza in New Berlin on August 25 along with my friend and her grandson for lunch. I paid for the game card and buffet package which for the 4 of us came to $116.00. The frog leap, bumper cars, bouncy house, Omni virtual games were not open. Of course these were the games they were most interested in playing. When we questioned it the girl told us they don't open them until 4:00 even though we were paying the same price that people pay at 4:00. The first game they played took their points off their cards but the game didn't work so they lost the points. Then my granddaughter got the high score on the basketball game but it would not add the points on her card. That time I took the card back to guest services, told the girl and she added the points on her card. At that point I informed her that my grandsons had lost their points on the ski ball machines since three of the machines were broken. She said she would have someone look at it but the boys just lost the points for that. It was a highly overpriced lunch since the machines and main attractions games were a such a disappointment. It was understaffed, rundown and an overpriced disappointment. We will not be going back.

I was really excited to come here with my son because I've heard all the hype about it. Sadly I was disappointed. The game / arcade was okay but the food left A LOT to be desired - barely warm and soggy and tasteless. The price to get in was definitely not worth the experience

Family favorite to just sad.We went today for our son’s birthday and the whole place was just sad. Our kids always pick them for their birthdays. After many years of celebrations here I don’t think we’ll be back.Starting with the buffet, it was only about half filled. We asked for a few missing items to find out they were out of everything. They didn’t even have milk available for the kids when we asked. Our young kids were left with poor tasting fruit punch or soda. I left half my plate at dinner as all the food tasted off, salad with dressing was not right, sour cream for tacos was warm, pizza made my stomach turn. This buffet was always my favorite and I couldn’t stomach it today.Toddler play area was very worn with rips in the padding exposing wood. Torn balls all over the place. Balls in the ball pit so dirty the white balls were closer to black then white. We went over to the games side, attractions were closed on a weekend afternoon (they did say that on the door before we walked in). But then it got worse, many game we wanted to play were broken and then when our kids did when tickets there wasn’t really any prizes available. This place has always been a family favorite. After tonight we are not sure if we would come back!

Stopped there Monday August 1st . The food was barely edible . The fruit cocktail was starting to fermente . The taco bar was disappointing . The meat was cold and dry . The baked potatos were hard as a rock , not cooked . The pizza was nothing to right home about .
