As I was placing the order the lady on the other side would stop everything and just walk away and leave me in dead silence and when I said hello is anyone there she goes on and says sir be patient I know what you want just wait and doesn't even give me a total just says go on and when I get to the windows she goes on to say that I said that everything is fine and she then changed my whole order and blames me for it also their soda is either gonna be way to much syrup in it or it's diet and it has been the worst employee I have ever delt if I could I would do 0 stars

If you’re at all on a schedule and looking for fast food… this ain’t it. I placed an order ahead of time in the app and I didn’t get my order for another 45 minutes AFTER my scheduled pickup time. People

Very rude employees, system was down and ask if we was able to order (another customer and I) and he was really rude and kicking us out when both I and another customer thought they were opened as one of the doors were opened and mind you hours say til midnight dine in. Very rude! Not recommended

I understand if people are on their breakfast or lunch break. But when I place an online drive thru order, I would hope somebody would still be working. I waited about five minutes in the drive thru with no answer eventually holding up a line. I then pull around to the parking only to find the doors are locked while two (and probably their only) workers are sitting at one of the tables chatting it up and eating food. It was around 10:30 A.M. and this location offers breakfast. It was already filled with contruction so getting here was already a struggle enough. I ended up canceling my order and drove away.
I remember this location was very friendly, efficient with their orders, and more importantly, working. This is a huge disappointment and not a good fall from grace from this establishment.

Ordered a pickup order that was over $30 and they let somebody else come in and steal it. I arrived 15 minutes after placing the order. Then they acted like it was my fault. Horrible service and people

Everything sucked. The soda tasted nasty and old. Our order was wrong and they ignored all customizations we did. The food didn’t even taste good. They also force you to order at a kiosk, they have no menus at all. Go somewhere else!

Needed a Baja blast for my Ricky Rococos. That soda was BLASTING. What a great drink. Great service and perfect amount of ice.
