Ordered food at around 1 am (they close at 3) the said they didn’t have it even tho I had the address correct and the confirmation text that said the store had confirmed the order had my door dasher go inside show them proof that I had ordered from that location and it was confirmed and they still refused to make my food. The fact that your employees are too lazy to do their jobs and refuse to make food that customers literally paid for is insane they need a new staff.

If I could give zero I would. I waited 25 minutes for 2 tacos when I was the only person in the lobby. When I finally got them, they were poorly made! Barely any meat, tasted like just lettuce and cheese. The staff was very rude, they were 3 females who were incredibly hostile. Horrible experience overall, don’t waste your time or money

I wish I could give zero stars — this place doesn’t even deserve one. The female staff member handling late-night orders was extremely rude and wouldn’t let me finish speaking. No listening, no courtesy, just pure attitude.
Customer service like this is completely unacceptable. Employees who treat customers this way should not be representing Taco Bell, and management seriously needs to take action. After experiencing this myself, it’s obvious why this location has a 2.8-star rating — it’s completely deserved.
I honestly don’t know how this place is still open. I will not be returning.

Had tacos today, they had to be worst tacos I've ever had from there. If there was a tbsp of hamburger in each taco, I was lucky!!! very little lettuce, alot of shell!!!! We've been going there for years. We'll be thinking twice before we go back.

I’m genuinely confused why this location is still open. It’s widely known in New Berlin at this point that the employees there are horrible, routinely close the store early at night, ignore customers, purposely screw up orders, are extremely rude, etc etc. I don’t know why the employees there want so badly to not have jobs any more, but that does seem to be the case. At this point it’s almost like a social experiment to go there. I’ve told people they need to just record their experiences and post them online, so at least the comical aspect of it can be appreciated lol

Just sat at the drive-thru window for 4 minutes for an item that was sitting on the counter the whole time, one single item that I could see. It's not even warm. After 10 years of hit or miss experiences and them always being out of ingredients I'm done with this tbell. Make the drive to the one on 108th an National ave instead, it is marginally better
