Zaffiro's Pizzeria - Ridge

My friend and I order 2 order of the pound cake for our 10pm movie at 915 through the app not only did they make us late to the movie we got none of the extras we paid for or cherrys like it said it had and both orders were 2 exstremly small burnt to hell pieces of pound cake not worth over 10 bucks spend ur money elsewhere this place is a scam and a joke

Our greeter was also our server. We were fortunate to have Lucy as both. She was friendly prompt and polite and fun too. However we miss the Zucchini Fries! Please bring back the Zucchini Fries and sauce...

Restaruant was dirty. While they were almost empty, staff seemed flustered and bothered to have customers. Our server tried to be friendly, but again - she seemed hurried and flustered eventhough there were only a few tables.
Mozz sticks were good, marinara was cold and looked as if the portion had been sitting a while.
Pizza was burned. Only the edge... but the whole edge was burned all around. It took a while for the pizza to come out and it came with the appitizer... so timing was off.
this location used to be so very good. Clean, friendly staff and great food.
We won't go back. I didn't complain about the pizza, we just dealt with it, because we didn't want to deal with already flustered staff. We watched a server loose a burger on to the floor and it sat there for quite a while... It just seemed like complaining would have been more trouble than it was worth.
there are other places to grab a bite after a movie. We will just check them out next time and skip the convience of Zaffiros

Great thin crust pizza, great service from friendly staff! Great experience and will definitely go back for more pizza!

Went to the movies and saw a pretty decent movie but we order a burger and wings and were told it would be a 45 min - hour wait, which wasn’t a problem. We ended up getting our food and hour and 15 min later and the when I went and got the food it was cold and the fries were hard and cold. How is that possible that all the food is cold and no other food was sitting out!

Half decent place for movie theater food but don't try and work there far as I can tell it's not a good place to be

Ordered after our movie and had to wait 40 minutes past our designated pickup time and food was barely warm when we got it. Seemed to have no management or any idea how to do their jobs. Running everywhere and not talking to the people waiting in line. When you told them you were picking up they would walk back to the kitchen for 5 minutes and then return to say it's not ready with no update what so ever about time-frame. Terrible employees and horrible management. Had 8 people in line while both the people running the counter just walk away.

Normally I have a good experience when I stop in prior to seeing a movie...Valentine's Day was not one of those. The service was lousy, the food was served cold and the kitchen staff prepared our food order out of order so we ended up cancelling the appetizer. Wife and I went to see a movie and since Zaffiro's is attached to the theater I figured it be easy and quick and taste pretty good like it usually does. Wrong. We got sat immediately and greeted relatively quickly by our server who took our drink order and our food order. We ordered an appetizer, and a pizza along with our beverages. Server brings back our drinks and then disappears, never checking back on us. Wife and I are sitting there, waiting, and waiting, and waiting...we flag her down and she says she'll check and see, meantime our movie time is approaching quickly, and no sign of our appetizer or the pizza or the server after she went to check. Mind you the restaurant was not overly packed so what is the holdup? Finally with about 15mins before our movie we flag her down again and tell her to box up our order and she comes back and tells us they are making the appetizer now but the pizza is ready. We've been here for almost an hour! Cancel the appetizer. What kind of ineptitude do you have going on in that kitchen? She brings the pizza, and it is not even our pizza. Wife is livid, she takes the boxed up pizza back to our server and tells her to find our pizza. Server finds our pizza, somehow the morons in the kitchen boxed it to go and sent it to the pick up line, so it had probably been sitting there for 10mins already(getting cold). We complain to the manager about the awful experience, thankful he comp'd our meal. We head into the theater to eat our pizza and watch our movie. Grab a slice and the pizza is cold. Well at least we didn't pay for it.

Incredible place.

Service seemed a bit slow, we did give extra time before move so no problem.
Wish they still had complimentary home made chips. Food was good, portion sizes were ok for price.

Ordered through UBER EATS on DECEMBER 26th. Not only did the girl argue with me that I ordered 3 items (when I clearly ordered 4) but they totally forgot an item! The 3 pizzas that I did receive were COLD and BURNT! Definitely the first and last time I will order from here! Can’t imagine the nasty people working there because the quality coming out it horrible and they DO NOT double checked their orders!!!STAY AWAY from this establishment!!!!!

Service despite not being busy was poor. We were almost late to our show. Food took forever to be prepared, simple drink order also same. Food when it finally came appeared to have been sitting out for a bit prior to being served

service was awful, never got soda refills even after asking, food took over 2 hours and had to get a pager to take with us to the movies to come back and grab our food. Awful
