So it’s kind of a cool place, but it took forever for the food. Our fries were cold. Server could have checked back a few more times since our drinks were empty more than they were full. Really disappointed. It wasn’t busy at all, maybe 6 tables with people at them. I do not recommend.

Don’t waste your time here, there are better options nearby and outside of the theatre, and it makes me sad to say this because this place used to be a great place to go…..my wife and I would come here every time before a movie for pizza. The last 2 times the service has just been absolutely abysmal. We would always order the kitchen sink salad as soon as we were seated, as we enjoyed it as an appetizer. The last visit we did this and the salad was brought out the same time as our pizza, which had had ordered 10-15 min later. This visit the pizza came out first and our server said the salad would be out in another 5 min! We told them just to cancel it, and they said it was done so if we wanted it in a to go box we could do that. We said sure, and they then brought out a box full of what looked like a bag of lettuce from Aldi’s, it definitely was not the kitchen sink salad and not worth $16 price tag. They apologized and said it was all new people in the kitchen and they didn’t even know they were supposed to make us a salad, like that was supposed to make everything ok? The pizza was also very slow, and we watched as people who put in take out orders for pizzas after us left with their food as we waited. The pizza was at least good, and if I’m in the area, I’d consider doing take out, but will never dine in again and I recommend you don’t waste your time dining in either.

The pizza was fantastic. Nice thin crispy crust and a "medium" salad that was HUGE! Try the kitchen sink salad... you won't be sorry! And the sausage on our pizza was fresh and super-tasty. All around an awesome pizza place. And I can't wait to try everything else!
We got to the restaurant after making reservations online. They said it would be a 30 minute wait. Fine they were busy. You can pay for the food first and then get a table in 10 minutes or wait at bar. No room at bar but open tables that we can’t sit at either. So sit in the theater waiting area Finally get a beeper and waited another 30 minutes on top of the original 30. I go and ask what is the hold up? They go running with the tickets and you can see them scrambling to fill the order after they tell me it’ll be ANOTHER 10-15 minutes. I said Bull$hit and asked for manager. Other people had their food who had ordered after us. I asked for my money back along with the rest of the money for other people with us. No problem getting it back (a plus) and gave us our food as well. It was 3 out of 5 for that. Overall don’t waste your time ?

We had a great time celebrating my daughter's 14th birthday here with 3 of her friends before a movie. Our server was outstanding. He was attentive and found something to talk to a bunch of 14 year olds about! He made their day discussing anime and music.

I am SO mixed up as to how to rate this review. I made reservations for 11:00 AM to which I received 3, yes 3, confirmations. However, when I arrived to have lunch before a 12:35 movie, our two cars were the only ones in the parking lot. Red flag # 1. All the doors were locked. Red flag # 2. No one answered the phone. Red flag #3. We went back to sit in the car and looked it up on the website. It said the restaurant opened at 11:30. We figured OK - we can chat now, still have time to eat and make it to the movie on time. At 11:30 we followed a deliver man into the Zafiro's, but was told by the only visible worker that the restaurant didn't open that day until 12:00 - that left us concerned. Luckily the chef/cook can r out and said that he was all set up so if the other person -Ben - didn't mind letting us order early then it was OK w him. So, what started out questionable turned out to be a great meal (we both had chop-chop salad) with great service...Ben was attentive but didn't breathe down our necks. Would definitely return...but the app needs a lot of work!!

Thincredible crust. The best! Wish we started coming here sooner. Great Thursday pizza special plus a variety on menu beyond just pizza. The pepperoni hot honey .... so good.
Our server was fabulous. She was friendly and was timely with drinks and asking to take our order. She also was helpful with friendly check ins but wasn't intrusive. We had a great dinner experience.

Used to work here. The kitchen manager owned a restaurant that failed and is keen to do the same with this one as well. Most of the menu items are frozen and all “fresh” food comes in packaged. You wanna spend top dollar for George Webb quality food then go ahead and come here.

We ordered some tap beers, cheese curds and the “thincredible” cheese and sausage pizza. Everything was so delicious and our server (Jake) was extremely friendly and efficient! We’ll definitely be back.
