Rusty Raven is a bit whimsical yet showcases the dark side of humor and life. We enjoyed our time just meandering through the shop, 3 times, because we had to be sure not to miss anything. Jon was accommodating and super friendly. Sharing laughs and maybe a cocktail with us. Can't/Won't confirm. Very cool shop! Loved the vibe. You can get a drink while you’re there too. My husband and I stopped there during our anniversary trip and bought the “blind date” books in the back room. Very cool idea! We will be back!

This store is the coolest alt/goth/punk/oddities store I've ever been in. It was sooooo cool!! All the fun, odd, black metal and weird trinkets and gifts and home decor you could want here. The shop folk were so awesome too! Not a dull moment spent here. There's a whole parlor to hang in that's just.... fantastic lol. You really have to go experience this place.

Jon is the purveyor of unique fun and a good pint. We stumbled in here on our way to New Glarus Brewing. We had stopped to explore the town first, and this was the highlight of our day. Truly, I felt the good vibes flowing after I had purchased a few gifts and we headed up to the brewery. We received tokens to return to town to get a free drink. Rusty Raven was on the list. The other two in my crew missed the taps behind the counter our first go round. This is where the fun began. Good unique beer on the taps as well as a few New Glarus staples. He also has bottles and cans of beer. The conversation flowed as locals came and went for a pint and I walked away buying yet another book, and a friend for life. Happy little accidents in life happen at the random moments… don’t let yours be missed.

My husband Steve and I and friend Leigh came onto the shop Sunday September 8 . Wonderful shop. So many unique products!! Also had a bar at the bar with owner…great conversation The bathroom is super and the lounge area was superb.i could easily have a few drinks there.It was a wonderful visit and we will be back!!💜💜

Puzzles, shirts, knits, overseas food and drink, candles and wax melts, and I've just named things I can see from the entryway. Think you'll be looking around for a while? Good! Get some draft beers while you're here. Room in the back for excess loitering and the best, creppy bathroom in New Glarus. One of these visits I'll get those Japanese macha green tea KitKats.
