Stopped this morning about 630. Food took so long I assumed they were cooking to order. I didn’t mind waiting because I knew it would be hot. Got on the highway and opened food. Hash brown and egg McMuffin were both cold.

I have been to this McD many times while driving on the highway. Absolute worst. Last 2 times, I only ordered a nuggets meal which is nuggets, fries and coke- the bare minimum at McD. They made me wait at the side for this and then when the food came, the nuggets were stale, hard, undercooked and felt like old nuggets were reheated. The fries were too salty last 2 times didn't even feel like eating them and had to throw the whole thing away. This is on a highway next to a big gas station. A lot of people stop here, there were many trucks there as well. I hope they're not feeding all these people this disgusting food. Better service needed!

It wasn't that busy and was the slowest service we have ever seen at a McDonald's. I have been at a McDonald's with a school bus that was full of hish schoolers and still got our food quicker.

Table side app order. Never got brought. Sat on counter until I suspected nobody was brining it. Turn off the option if you aren’t using it. Atmosphere was old with torn vinyl seating. Kind of a dumpy McDonald’s.

The tiniest bun and fish. No mayo, tiny piece of cheese. Really pathetic.
I ordered through the drive thru. Ordered the #9 been on the road all day through horrible weather. The drive thru guy complained about being up so long working with lots of sighing. Ugh 😩 I knew it was not going to be good. Look we don't need to hear your workers complain about not getting enough sleep so on and so forth. Just do your job you picked. The fries were cold and soggy and the cheeseburgers had onions all over the buns. Come on. I had to throw the whole meal away. Very disappointed in the food and the service.
