Ordered on the app tonight, a single large blizzard pickup time was 7:27. I arrived a few minutes early and waited at the pickup window with my 2 y/o. I watched as one girl took somebody’s order another girl was making in order and then two girls were sitting and talking and dancing around the store while occasionally glancing over at me, for at least five minutes this went on. I held my phone to the window and even then they did not come to help me. When the man ordering finished he walked to the pickup window where they immediately handed him his order and slammed the window closed, it then took me visibly getting annoyed for one of the girls to rudely come over and huff out “Is there something I can help you with” and I stated I have a mobile order, what it was and the order time which was well past at this time she looked like she had no clue what I was talking about and again slammed the window shut on me walked off and the returned about 2 minutes later with a bag with my name on it🤔 imagine that. Long story short, train these girls better or have an older staff member on shift with them so they work and don’t just play around while people are waiting at the window🙄

Good workers, my blizzard was really good, and it was super fast.

We stopped here last night 5/17, about an hour before closing. It was busy and there were two young ladies working. (Maybe high school age?) I commend them on how well they handled themselves while being yelled and cursed at by a male customer who was extremely rude to them. (Over a lid for their cups from what I gathered) When we got our order, they were extremely pleasant and working hard to keep up with the large amount of orders. Good job ladies & I’m sorry this happened!

Very good, my family always uses the app to get deals. I'm disappointed when the snickerdoodle goes out of season, snickerdoodle cookie dough is my favorite flavor. Love going and sitting by the water on a hot day.

Amazing service and food

Everything was great, except for the blizzards
Like one scoop of candy...all ice-cream.

Went here to use a DQ blizzard coupon that came in the mail (buy one at regular price, get another for $1.99.
Looked at menu board, and DQ now wants the better part of $6 for a medium blizzard!
Ridiculous. So, ordered the blizzards, and was told the total was almost 8 and a half dollars! I asked why over 8 dollars? (Thought it would be 7-something with the coupon). Was told I was being charged an additional 79 cents for an "extra". What extra? Found out, because I asked for some coffee syrup, that was an "extra."
Really? Almost a dollar for a shot of syrup?
Like DQ isn't making enough profit charging almost $6 for probably $2 worth (if that) of ice cream? Not trying to nit pick, but this is just price gouging. Not even worth it with a coupon.
