Managers are mean and nasty people. Rude to me and my boyfriend, who works there, both of us are legally disabled. I guess it's easier for them to target the weak, including me even though I don't even work there. Some of the worst ones include Wes, Chance, Brian, Betsy, Janett and Beth. I've heard the others aren't too great either but these ones seem to shine in the worst ways possible. And others both workers and customers as well as me have the most issues with. Worst location ive ever been too or ever heard of in terms of management and how they choose to treat others. It's down right bad and I'm surprised nothing is done about it. Don't think it's even legal to treat people the way they do or say some of the things they say.

Constantly get my order wrong. I'm lactose intolerant and have sensitive teeth so I ask no cheese no ice. Think by saving them money on cheese they could fill my drink but they are stingy. 2 of the managers are very unpleasant. Have had to go back multiple times for incorrect order then they get mad at me. This morning food was barely warm had to microwave it. Avoid if you can

Ordered breakfast for my family through the app, paid in full, and picked it up at the drive-thru like usual. When I checked the bag, two of the four sandwiches were missing. My girlfriend went inside to ask about it, and instead of even looking at the food, the employee just rudely read down the receipt and said what she did and didn’t have meaning they already knew what they shorted us without saying a word.

So not only did they knowingly leave items out, but instead of fixing it, they just handed her a cash refund like it was no big deal. Why didn’t they say anything at the window? Why not refund us right there, or at least tell us they weren’t going to give us what we ordered? Instead, they waited until we came inside and asked — which feels shady. To make matters worse, by then breakfast service was over, so we couldn’t even replace the sandwiches we were shorted.

This location is a complete joke. Rude, unprofessional, and zero concern for the customer experience. If you want McDonald’s, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. Absolutely terrible service.

I love McDonald’s and I always want to eat inside this location, but unfortunately, the smell inside is really unpleasant. It seems like the floors aren’t cleaned properly or the mop they use isn’t fresh. It makes the dine-in experience uncomfortable. I hope they take care of this soon because the food is great, but the environment really needs attention.

I’ve let this slide for a while because I thought whatever no big deal even though it upset me a bit. I love getting ice cream cones and McDonalds is the closest to me. I typically order a large cone because I want a bit more ice cream than what the regular is. I order through the mobile app when I do and I go frequently for ice cream. When I order a large 3/4 of the time they give me the regular size cone of ice cream. The only way I get the actual size is if I order regular with it and most the time they are the same size regardless. I am paying like 1.41 cents more to get a large just to get a regular size one. You can get a little less than 4 regular for the size of a large so why can’t I just get the same size every time. I’ve worked there before and it does show on the screen if it’s a large or not. So please start having them make the larges bigger than the regular cones.
