Placed a platter order several days before a bday party. Came to pick it up and she came out chewing her food saying she forgot all about it. Never apologized. Unprofessional. To top it off we found a hair in one of our subs. You are around food. Wear hairnets!!

Every time I go in this place there out of something. Unless I'm desperate I don't go here anymore. ***UPDATE, after tonight I'll never go back to this place! I placed my order on the app. 30min later I went to the store at my scheduled time to find my order not made and they were making every walkins order continuously. I stood around for 30 min in that time I watched them run out of every bread and I still didn't have my order. Here's the kicker canceled my order and order again from another store in Hortonville 8 miles away from the while I was on my way. I was I get there and the order is completed and ready to go! I told the guys at this store about my issue and they even said online orders come first since you've already paid! The new London store is a joke not to mention it's grungy and outdated would be really happy if the person that owns the Greenville and Hortonville stores would buy new London and turn it around obviously the owner now dosent give a crap about their customers.

The girl that waited on me walked out of the kitchen area adjusting her nose rings as she walked behind the counter. She did put on gloves but I just couldn't eat my sub.

Watch out this subway likes to be out of bread and when you order on the ap it automatically switches it to what ever they have available. Then there is no way of canceling order and getting your money back as employees are clueless.
