Half of our food was cold. The people at the window were very impatient. There was no one behind us and they wouldn't give us time to figure out what we wanted. When we got to the window they were extremely condescending when we were asking questions. They closed at one and we were there at ten, so they had plenty of time before closing. If we were not so tired after a day of moving I would have driven away from the window and left the food. We will not be back.

Food was great! All employees were awesome accept one guy who was rude and constantly swearing loudly. Was very unprofessional and rude. But other than him it was the best chalupas I have had in a long time!

Went to Taco Bell and the lady that takes your order won’t even let you get the words out of your mouth before trying to talk over you . Extremely rude at the window and forgot half of our food . Seriously some one needs to fire her .

Taco Bell in New London is the worst. Went through the drive-thru and the “employee” refused to reach far enough out with the food for me to grab it without leaning half-out my car window then argued with me that it was my fault for not pulling closer to the window. If I was any closer I would have clipped the mirror off my car. She just didn’t want to reach it out to me and almost let everything fall to the ground.
