45th Parallel Distillery

The bestie wanted to go to the 45th as it is one of her favorites. We had been here before for summer events but not for dinner and drinks.
We did need to make reservations for a table of 6, but we got in right away. Heidi, our waitress, and she is awesome! She us very knowledgeable on the drinks and suggesting drinks we may like(remember I'm new to the 45th 😂😂, and all of their drinks). We ordered the ninny muggins & Wisconsin mule w/ a twist! They were amazing.
We got the fire roasted pizza, and I am now obsessed and want more! The lazy eddy pizza was so good.
The ambiance and atmosphere was amazing and very pleasant and inviting. We will definitely be going there more often.

Excellent tour

Had an absolutely wonderful time here with my date during their most recent tasting event with Wisco Bourbon. A wonderful night of fantastic spirits, an abundance if distilling knowledge, and a journey through one of WIs best distilleries from mash to barrel. Fantastic food, incredible service and top notch bourbon.

Took our adult grandsons for a birthday celebration. Food drinks coffee dessert all AWESOME!
They even decorated the tiramisu platter with happy birthday!
Wonderful service and atmosphere. Love it!

Had a nice night. Got good drinks. And pleasant conversation.

The tour is well worth your time and money. Tobias was excellent and very knowledgeable about many different aspects of distillery. He covers so much information but kept the tour engaging throughout. The tasting at the end was delightful as well

Our tour guide, Tabias, was outstanding... extremely knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. He made the tour engaging, informative, and enjoyable from start to finish. You can tell he genuinely cares about what he does.

We also want to give a special shout-out to the manager, Dayton, she was also very kind and friendly.

We had a fantastic time and will absolutely be returning. Highly recommend!

45th Parallel Distillery is an absolute gem. The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and thoughtfully designed—one of those places you instantly want to linger. Their menu shines with locally sourced ingredients, and it truly shows in every bite.

Scott makes one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had outside of Italy—and I don’t say that lightly. The pizza is genuinely to die for, and somehow the cannolis are just as incredible. Every visit feels like a special experience, whether you’re stopping in for food, drinks, or both.

I especially enjoy coming here with Nicole whenever we have real estate business near New Richmond. It’s the perfect place to unwind, connect, and enjoy world-class food and spirits right here in Wisconsin. Highly recommend to locals and visitors alike. 🍕🥃

Safe to say 45th Parallel offered the absolute best wedding venue my wife and I could have asked for when we married here in August 2025. Both Kara and Callaghan provided first-class communication in helping us plan, design, and create the wedding of our dreams. From the shiny steel buildings overlooking the open greenery to the rustic oak barrels and the modern, inviting space, there were so many outlets for great photos and better memories to be captured. The food and drinks were absolutely delicious and made our special night especially filling for our guests. We would highly recommend 45th Parallel for any wedding to experience the perfect blend of intimate and incredible.

Best cocktail and dinner experience in Western Wisconsin bar none

My amazing daughter Maggie and her wonderful husband Anthony had such a beautiful wedding November 1st at 45th Parallel. The staff were all so nice and very helpful with everything. The food was great and delicious cocktails. It was a very memorable day. I would highly recommend this venue!

Super cute distillery. The staff was incredibly friendly and the vibe was great. Easily the best gin gimlet I've ever had. Some top tier Mocktails as well. They support local WI grain farmers.

We went for a tour, led by Tobias, who had a huge breadth of knowledge of the facility and processes. He was super friendly and taught us a lot about the distilling process, distilling history, and the spirits they produce. 100% ask for Tobias when you go.
