Had a tour with Tobias- was such as amazing time!

A great location for a girls night out/birthday! The food menu is short for a reason. . What they do, they do SO well. Everything was delicious. The staff is gracious.❤️
You could easily spend all night here.

Tobias and Brian were amazing. Best spirits around and DELICIOUS pizza. I wished I lived closer so I could attend all the wonderful events. MUST stop if in the area!

Amazing staff and drinks!!

Popped in Wednesday night for live music. What a great space for it!! The musicians were set up right near the bar, the garage door was open, and the seating is all around!! The music sounded great in the space and the spring air flowed through!! My server Dayton was a delight, she steered me to the May Flowers.... it was a light, subtle cocktail that I sipped fora couple hours. I appreciated that there were two standard height tables near the musicians too, my preferred option! I wanted to give the bourbon cheese dip a try but after discussing the asparagus w Dayton, I opted no dip this time. Whoa! Did you know white asparagus is a thing...it exists?! I did not...and was taken aback when the plate arrived! It's delicious and the sauce it was drizzled in was spicy and delicious as well!. The musicians were set up right near the restrooms too, good thinking 45th Parallel, thanks. Parking is easy w their own private lot. This is only my third visit to 45th since they opened... as I told Dayton: my first visit and tour were years ago when they were the tiny original version of the big complex they are now. Thanks 45th for a fun night, friendly service, good food and tasty cocktails, you are worth the twin cities drive, cheers!

45th Parallel is a great place to visit, have a craft cocktail with what they make or craft beer along with some good food, the pizzas are always good and the large pretzel or the pasta, the employee's are always seem happy to be there and to serve,

Great staff, spirits and pizza. We did a tour and tasting. Tobias was an awesome guide. Very knowledge and passionate about his work.

We have been to this spot many times, they make a great cocktail called a gold rush! Never done the distillery tour but the bar service has really gone downhill. The cocktails are still tasty, but the bartenders have been taking 10-15 minutes to stop and stay hi or help w/ a beverage. They also haven’t been real friendly or helpful the last few times in. The prices have also really have come up, 2 drinks and an app were $45 last week, it’s definitely pushing the feasibility for most families/individuals.

We enjoyed our Tour and Tasting with Tobias! Loved learning about the history and process. We were impressed with their support of local farms and community, good things happen to good people. We will be back!

A fun trendy place for socializing on a Saturday. Excellent Sicilian pizza (yet I'm not a thicker crust person). Really great choices of distillery vodkas, ryes/whiskey, gins and bourbons and even 4 options of aqavits (holiday was my personal favorite). Give this place a shot you won't be disappointed.

We love 45th Parallel and stopped by for the release of the rye. However, I cannot even give stars today if I wanted to. After sitting down at the bar, the bartender grabbed us menus, told us it was the end of his shift, and finished a couple tasks and left. I tried telling him I'd like a sazerac, but wasn't acknowledged. We watched 5-6 other people come in and get waited on in our area before deciding to leave.

Charity was amazing! Amazing food, drinks and atmosphere!
