I go to Caribou every day and order the same thing in Hudson. I get an Iced Oatmilk Crafted Press with Oatmilk Cold Foam, I read it directly off the menu. I ordered it in New Richmond yesterday and it was more expensive than usual and did not have cold foam on it. When I asked for cold foam a very rude worker told me that if I want cold foam I have to order it that way so they can charge for it. She was extremely snotty and rude. She should not be the face of your company. I will not be back to that location...ever.

The coffee always tastes bad at this location for some reason. Orders have been made occasionally wrong and the employees certainly make you feel like it's an inconvenience to remake them. I tip every time, but no one ever says thank you. Save yourself the trouble and visit the Caribou at the south end of town. They make the drinks right and the employees are always friendly.

Walked in and stood at the counter for 5 minutes and no one acknowledged me. They were taking new orders from the drive-through but never mind the customers at the counter 9/06/24 @ 8:44am. I walked out, time is money and customer service is key. 3 people working.

Did a mobile order and when I came to pick it up their grill was shut off 45 min early so I couldn't get the sandwich I paid for and then was told I'd be compensated for the sandwich and never was. Then when I returned a couple days later the kind workers reached out to their manager who told them I'd have to reach out to customer service because they can't issue refunds. Very unfortunate that this business can't just issue a simple refund for a $7 sandwich. The cashiers did what they couldn't and were kind and helpful but I will not be ordering from here again.

Great service. Loved the friendliness of the staff. They were patient with my multiple questions I had about some of the new drinks.
I rarely go to coffee shops anymore, because the prices have gotten pretty high (especially if you need to substitute non-dairy milk due to an allergy, etc.)

It’s nice to finally be treated like a customer rather than the trash you get treated like at the Osceola location. Very friendly staff, they were busy but still very nice. Maybe caribou could take the manager from Osceola and have her do some training at the New Richmond location since the New Richmond staff managed to be friendly. I’m seriously blown away that the manager in Osceola is allowed to be rude EVERY SINGLE TIME I go in and Caribou is ok with it. So unfortunate because I will now go out of my way to not go to the Osceola location anymore.
