The Paperjack and Knowles Caribou Coffee location is terrific. We go out of our way to use the store because of the pleasant staff and also the prices are a wee bit less than at the location inside Dick’s Family Market.

Nice people and the drinks taste great but… they froth it way too much! By the time I got my drinks home this is what they looked like… not sure if this is accidental or a cheap way to make a lot more money using less product….note they have NOT been drank out of yet….I’ve never had this issue at another caribou but have had it multiple times here…

Great mocha and happy and smiling staff. Highly recommend!
Wasn’t going to say anything for the first few times but now, it’s Everytime I go. I order to hot coffees and get parked. Have to pull forward. I don’t under stand. No add ons just how there made. It’s not really good customer service or does it make me want to keep going back if I’m going to get parked for ordering two drinks. You make coffee for every customer what difference does it make.

My experience I have to say it was the worst. Order my coffee and, they forgot a straw. So asked kindly for a straw. Mara took it upon her self to mock me when entering the building to get me straw. Gosh, dont know if she was having a bad day, but she ruined mine. Thank you Mara from Caribou Coffee on PaperJack.
