Super hostile work environment. It seemed like it would be a really fun part time job and I actually really did enjoy what I was doing. The people and the management however is what ruins the entire experience. There is a massive bullying issue with the mid shift girls that in my one and a half year experience was never resolved, it made it extremely hard to work there, which for a low paying barista job that shouldn’t be the case. I truly encourage this location to look inward at how they work as a team.

These people are INSANELY NICE!!!! I drive the extra little bit out of my way just to go here because the customer service is awesome EVERY SINGLE TIME!My coffee is always perfect, the staff are always friendly, and I never have to wait too long.

I'm absolutely in love with blended coffee!!!!. I usually get Vanilla or Caramel. I used to be Starbucks everything but I'll say Caribou is truly wonderful!!! I made the switch!I wanted to share an amazing picture I captured. This was my Vanilla Frappuccino! My friend had gone up and grabbed it so I didn't catch the name of Barista who made it but keep up the awesome work Caribou and what a great addition to New Richmond this drive through is! We will return in the future!
