Please don’t go here. This was the absolute worst Chinese food I’ve ever had and worst bland taste. I was excited to have the food once I arrived home and the sweet and sour chicken was terrible. Vegetables are poorly chopped no consistency. Terrible

Food came out fast & hot. I ordered the general Tso's chicken extra spicy no broccoli. It was very flavorful and the perfect amount of heat. The side of lomein was huge. Big meal for 13ish.

When they say look at reviews before going somewhere- best do it. I got home to my husband asking how I spent $100+ dollars at this buffet for 2 kids and 2 adults for the buffet. They decided to they would tip themselves $20 more on my card. Check your account before walking out!!!!! If you decide you’re gonna eat here.!

Order 3 triple mongonan light on onions and veggies got3 boxes of onion and veggies light on the meat was so disappointed been going there for over 18 years when the old man was there the service was great now the food is crap and the service is crap I was their on Friday and two family walked out because the lady up front was rude . Will not go back the place is horrible the food was not good at all did not listen to my request at all🤢

This place used to be so good but has declined majorly in all categories. Food was overpriced, overcooked and bland. Very disappointed

The time before this last visit, about two years ago, the order was messed up. But though we had to come back in order to have it made right or corrected the quality was good. But this last time the food quality was, well terrible. So not sure what is up with that. In that even the fried rice was not edible like it was under-cooked or miked to death, same for the vegetables and some of the shrimp. Though for most the shrimp were nothing like the vegetables and rice. Yet clearly the shrimp had a dry texture that they never had before.

In all of New Richmond, there is no restaurant matching China House value. The food is very favorable, the prices very reasonable, and the service prompt and courteous. We eat there once a week, sometimes more often.

Exceptional orange chicken!!!

This is our "go to" in New Richmond. Whether dine-in or take-out, never disappoints. Lunch specials are a good value. Try it!

The food was average for a Chinese restaurant. The man at the cash register was a real jerk. Very poor customer service. I won’t try them again.

Never had anything bad from here, we order around once a month. You get a lot of food for the price, there’s always leftovers and they heat up very nicely
