Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Last two times I ordered the Royal cheese cake the staff never put strawberries in it. I called to complain but the manager was half arse about it. He seamed to not care one bit. They didn't try to make it right after giving me something I didn't order and expected me to be okay with not getting what I paid for... I'm Trying to find the GMs number now

I like getting chicken strip baskets at dq. Chicken is fresh, fries are fresh, toast actually well toasted a couple times which is rare these days. This location however seems to give cold country gravy when you order warm country gravy. Once I even told them it was cold and they gave me a colder one.. otherwise the rest of the meal is on point.

Overcharged me $5 for included drink and ice cream in the $7 meal deal

We have more locations to audit, but this particular Dairy Queen stands out for all the wrong reasons. First and foremost, this location fails to provide any nutritional transparency or value for its food offerings. The prices are extremely high compared to the small portion sizes, and staple menu items such as chicken tenders, fries, and onion rings are excessively salty.

The beverages are no better—what’s served tastes like watered-down fructose syrup with artificial coloring and ice. As for the quality of the beef and chicken, it’s questionable at best, and likely the cheapest available based on taste and texture.

Customer feedback is blatantly ignored. Management seems disengaged and more interested in collecting a paycheck than addressing legitimate concerns. Worse, there’s a strong impression that staff are being overworked and undervalued.

Dairy Queen should be focusing on what it was originally known for—ice cream. However, even that is at risk. If the machines aren’t cleaned and maintained regularly, it jeopardizes the one thing that made Dairy Queen special in the first place.

In my opinion, the New Richmond location would be better off sticking solely to ice cream. Their current food quality and pricing do not bring any meaningful value to the community and only damage the brand’s reputation. Right now, the food is doing a disservice to the Dairy Queen name

Dude we had a wicked good exp at this drive through today... The sweet ol lady working the mic was very welcoming and everything was so hot and fresh, LIKE THE FRIES WERE ACTUALLY HOOTTT!!! I totally recommend rollin through here at least around lunch time. Also recommend the frozen hot chocolate 🍫🍫🍫.

I originally had a bad review for this Dairy Queen, but my last couple visits have changed my mind. I know it varies per day who's working what kind of quality you'll get, but they have been remembering everything and have been friendly in their service. We'll see what the future holds, but for now it has gotten better. I included a picture of the meal I'm eating right now that is perfect!

Y’all actually just need to close fr. They gave us a small blizzard when we ordered a medium we proceeded to hand it back and when the window girl told them it was supposed to be a medium a girl from the back shouted “just put it in a medium cup” to which someone said “the window is open idiot they can hear” then the window girl goes sorry I’m tired like we care like ok girl lots of us are tired do your job. They openly tried to pull one over on us and probably do it all the time if they were that comfortable yelling it out loud.

My sister got one more chicken tender than me, so I’m mad. Maybe because she works there but idk. Still great place to hang out

People were nice but my ranch was like jello, got a total of 5 fries in my basket and my dr. Pepper was very flat. I love DQ but im very disappointed.
