This restaurant has some of the best workers you will ever meet and the owner is one of the nicest people you can talk to. They will ensure you have a great experience with them. I have come here now about 10-15 times and always leave with a smile. However, this place needs to work on the flavor of their food and meat specifically. Their meats have little to no char and hardly any seasoning. Which makes me think the meat isn’t cooked here and just comes bagged/frozen. Also their chips come in bags like a school lunch which makes me question how fresh items are here. I believe if they worked on some of these issues they could be the best establishment in New Richmond. The tres leches cake is the best I’ve ever had, and the queso is also excellent. Come support this local business!!
Had the build your own burrito! They made it exactly how we wanted it and it was delicious! Best burritos we ever had in Florida. The guy that waited on us was great too! Highly recommend!

Stopped by since we had been on the road, and the gentleman making our order was the nicest guy we had ever had the pleasure of meeting. The customer service was UNMATCHED here - even giving us a candy bar since it was Halloween! Thank you so much again. I hope to come back soon!!

Sal catered our wedding a few days ago and our guests have not stopped raving about how delicious it was. They were on time, set up, tore down, and had boxes for leftovers. He went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect and everyone was full. The food was fantastic and everyone loved it. When we went in to try them out before we confirmed them, the staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. We love that it’s a local option. We recommend them for all your catering needs! They fed 200 people like it was no big deal. Absolutely perfect!
We treated our parents to dinner tonight. It was their first time to G&R. We all had bowls made to our personal request, and both chicken and barbacoa were selected. Everyone commented on how delicious the food was. My favorite is the Cilantro/lime rice. Oh, so good! I added the queso cheese sauce for the first time, yum! The owner, or possibly manager that night, was very gracious and checked in on was through our meal to make certain everything was good. While we ate, he and his co-worker continued to greet arrivals with a gracious welcome and prompt service.
My only recommendation is to maybe turn down the television volume. It was kind of busy and hard to visit when competing with the TV sound.

I stopped here tonight while passing through New Richmond. The steak bowl was well worth it. Your employees were outstanding. If I'm in the area again this will be my first stop for food.
