Fun little bar! I love all of their small specials: Ladies Night, Guys Night, Free Darts, Train Shot, etc. The bartenders are cool and the drinks are fair priced. My only complaint is that the cleaner or room spray in the men's bathroom can be smelt from the bar...

I tend to stop in early morning after work. 6:30 ish... It's about the only bar open early around here. Very clean, bartender is great. Good place to be in the mornings.

A small casual local bar - 4 stars! I suppose most people would call Huey's a dive bar. I call it a neighborhood bar - not fancy at all - old school, small, intimate, casual, and friendly. Cheap drinks. They open early and they close late. Huey's is obviously a drinking bar. The only food on offer is potato chips and Brothers frozen pizza, made in Downing, Wisconsin. They're cooked one at a time by the bartender with a small toaster oven in back. I never tried Brothers before. I was surprised, it's pretty good for frozen pizza. It definitely beats the heck out of Heggies frozen pizza, often found at similar local bars in Minnesota. I read the previous negative comments and we didn't see any of that stuff. (The other reviews were almost 10 years old though.) The bar definitely did NOT smell like urine. (We were on the lookout for the urine smell after reading one of the reviews.) But the whole place actually smelled really nice! It smelled clean, despite sitting in back near the open restroom doors. I didn't experience any unfriendliness either. Everyone was very nice. That includes the local customers and the bartender. And the service was great. They also have a pool table and some arcade games. A few of the locals were playing a dice game with the bartender at the bar. Nice! Thumbs up! - Maxx
