Food is as expected, employees are great, but it’s frustrating to try ordering from this location online or via the JJ’s app as this location frequently doesn’t participate in nation wide promotions. It makes ordering online very frustrating as the prices appear to not be accurate - when in reality they’re just opting out of the promos. This is especially confusing when the promotions show up in app and online before you begin your order and then you just simply can’t get them.

got a sandwich for my grandma and she is allergic to peppers, never once said peppers when ordering they added peppers to both of our sandwiches and had to go to the doctor.

Although I've never reviewed a food establishment before, I feel I must. Just had a tuna sub from this store and couldn't finish it. The tuna was so strong ? bad ? as to be inedible and we threw it out for fear of getting sick.

My husband went in tonight to pick up dinner. There were approximately 30 loaves of French bread on a rack. He was told that those were for online customers only. We are absolutely flabbergasted and disgusted. He was told if he went outside and ordered online they could sell us sandwiches with French bread. Absolutely ludicrous. Jimmy John's you need to do better. We decided not to buy dinner from there as a matter of principle.

i always order food from here and this time was not it. they didnt add my extras on my sandwich or cut it(not that big of a deal) and i found a piece of lonng black or brown hair in my food. they gave me two of the wrong drinks as well. i tip good and all i ask for is my sandwich to be good. and i tried to call the store and nobody answered the phone.

Great sandwiches and service. Even though I have a headache, the experience was amazing. clean tables, working machines and quick food that tastes amazing, the yesterdays bread for 50 cents is a great touch.

Parking: Not many people dine in so it is a great place to unwind and get a meal, none of the annoying beeps of McDonald's.

Kid-friendliness: Proper employee dress code, and attitudes that will make the customer put a smile on there face.

I go here all the time food is great never a bad sandwich but the drive thru is terribly slow over 20 minutes today for 2 sandwiches and before the response is we will look into the problem it’s always been this way I don’t leave reviews because I know stuff happens but not half the time I go
