This pizza is terrible beyond terrible. Heggies is 2x as good. They undercooked the pizza badly. Inedible. White on the bottom. Then I sent it back and they put it back jn the oven and it was so much worse and still undercooked on bottom. Hated it

7:25 pm Saturday night. Filthy patio and dining area, loud jukebox playing, inattentive and slow staff (bartenders only), sliding glass door opening and closing allows smoke and bugs from patio into dining area. Three staff later we got to order food… Ordered The Post burger with an extra patty with fries & one soda. And when the food FINALLY came, the burger was raw inside… the fries were ok. And 20 minutes later we finally got their attention so we could ASK for our check! They discounted the bill for one of the burger patties. Never again. The Post Bar and Grill is a bar, filled with over-served, arguing “clientele” and lazy staff! Not a place to eat.

Great patio right on the Apple River! Cold beers! Cheers!

Great service! Located right on the Apple River. Nice patio area. Food was brought out quickly and it was very good. Very close to the Cedar Lake Speedway. We were in town for the World of Outlaws and this was our go to spot!!

The bar is very fun and relaxing. I love the patio and the fact that they have off-sale for when we are swimming at the river across the street!

Tuesday tacos are great

The server was really nice but the food was absolutely terrible. It took an hour to get 4 burgers and 1 order of wings and every burger was burnt to a crisp like a hockey puck. Wasn’t the servers fault, but we should’ve had the whole bill comped not just two items taken off. The food was inedible even though we were starving after kayaking. I guess there was a big table and a 14 year old cooking which I understand, but when I went in to see what was taking so long there was literally nobody eating inside. And there shouldn’t be a young kid cooking if he isn’t ready to handle it... Was a very sad Mother’s Day dinner to say the least. We come from years of customer service backgrounds, so it’s very hard to leave a bad review but it was just that bad. Sorry :/
