I visited the Bayshore location in Glendale, Wisconsin for lunch. I used the coupon for $5 off & it was absolutely outstanding. I will be back for sure.
I took my husband and Dad for Father's Day and couldn't be more impressed! Silly me didn't realize the French word for pasta, Paperdelle, and thought I was getting a mushroom and herb sandwich. I am so glad it wasn't, it was the best homemade pasta I've ever had. My Dad LOVED his Adeline sandwich and also enjoyed the Lobster Bisque. My husband raved about the salmon, we make it great at home so that's saying a lot! Jesse was our waiter. Made me the best espresso martini of my life! My Dad and hubby loved the beer recommendations. Thank you for such a beautiful time, we'll be back soon!!! The ambience was also wonderful.
Disrespectful management and staff, unprofessional host who speaks loudly and rudely about guests, slow food despite empty restaurant. Staffed with people who have short man syndrome.
Lunch today for the first time at Mallards BAYSHORE - the fish fry was excellent, cozy pretty interior, service was top notch. Can't wait to come back, the happy hour looks fun!
Very good beer battered shrimp and key lime pie! Great service!
Food was pretty decent and on par with urban areas. There are other locations but I would say this location is in a small town on main street.
Food was horrible, drinks were horrible, not enough food on the menu. But other than that customer service was amazing and the place is beautiful inside!
A well set out restaurant, friendly staff - however the food service left a lot to be desired.
We visited for the first time on Friday evening. It was busy but not overly crowded
Ordered 1 simple starter which came out 45 minutes later. Meatballs were room temperature at best.
Mains came out half an hour later, with one of the two mains missing the sides (just the steak was served on the plate). Our server advised that she didn’t want to leave it at the warmer any longer and that the sides would be ready in 2 mins. 15 minutes later after I finished the steak the sides arrived. No apology, nothing.. pretty poor and very unfortunate.

We moved to New Richmond in 2020 and this swiftly became our go to spot - every single staff member over the years has been nothing short of amazing and taken care of us between the days of watching games and going out at night, into our phase of having babies and toddlers in tow for dinner. The food is always great, the staff greater, by far will always be one of our favorite spots in town <3

Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible parking right out front with a ramp. There was some work going on, so one section of concrete was gone which was a bit difficult to maneuver.

Stopped by for a quick bite. We were in a bit of a hurry, but Kayla was able to get our food out very quickly. Service was fantastic. Steak in the Alfredo was very tender and tasty. Fish was lightly battered and cooked perfectly. We enjoyed our meal extensively. Very much worth the stop. Priced fairly.

Slow service, but to be far they appeared to be short staffed. Great food and I will definitely return.

I didn't know what to expect but I was very pleased with the entire experience. Brussell Sprouts and Dry-rub Wings were ultra delicious and my date's Cod Fish and Chips looked amazing. She gave it high marks as well. Great ambience and service. Overall one of the best restaurants in New Richmond that I've been to. Highly recommended!
