HANDS DOWN THE WORST MCDONALD'S I'VE BEEN TO, they can't get an order right to save their lives and the management, what a joke they are. The one good that came of this horrible service, is that i swear this McDonald's will not get my business ever again.

So just got food for my family and we have 8 people that I picked up for. I ordered food on there online app. I got in line and of course there line is backed up to the road so had to wait forever. Then once I got to the window and didn't get my receipt and once I got to the second window. The chick working there was clearly new and didn't at all know what to do. Then tried to give me 2 things on my order and sent me on my way. Than another employee came over and told her just what drinks she missed. Than once my food came she gave me the food I ordered and I didnt noticed that I was missing a whole meal for one of my family members and after I asked if everything was in my order was in my stuff already given to me. Than got home and we called a manager and he was just absolutely rough and I called after I found out that my wife's meal. She got a burger didnt even have meat on the burgers. Once again talking to the manager and rude yet again. This will be the absolute last time I will ever be at this company period.

Apparently curbside pickup is actually go in a eat judging by filled spots with no one in them
Update: another day, another time someone parked in spots they shouldn't be.
Another update: Still the same problem. At least this time there was a spot open to pick up my order.

Excellent service all around! Drive up order taker and filler were very nice and professional. The order was accurate and he even doubled the cardboard drink holders so our 4 beverages were secure.

The kiosk didnt give us a receipt you were just to remember your number. They forgot our 4 PC nuggets, milk and cups, we got someone else's special mcchicken. Food was cold after 20+ minute wait after ordering. Had to wave someone down for counter help. Doesn't call out your number, just walks around the lobby with it. If you're not found, They will just leave your food on the counter.
