Honestly the worst place to work, and I hope nobody else has to deal with the crappy management team they have. A manager allowed to look at another manager using the restroom and zero consequences.

5 stars to the lady at the first drive thru window. She made sure that an order that didn't want onions if it was an allery or a preference. The staff was very apologetic for the wait at both windows but it was a 5 minute wait that I did not mind waiting!! Keep up the great work guys!!

My order was set for curbside pickup. After 10 minutes of waiting I walked in to see my order bagged and sitting on top of the assembly counter in the kitchen while 3 young men were carrying on a conversation, just laughing and ignoring my order, as well as, one in the drive through. My fries were cold so it must have been sitting there most of the 10 minutes.

Went inside to order. No one at the register. Several workers looked at me. Several walked past me. Hate using the kiosk but no one was going to help me. Ordered food to go. Took a good amount of time to make it. Had to ask for my drink cups. Got in the car, divided out food. Chicken nuggets were room temp. Didn't eat them. Fries were soggy and barely warm.
Not impressed

When a person asks for no onion, that's what they mean. I could understand it being missed if a person didn't mark it on the order screen for the person making it. But it was on there. On the receipt too. Can't even eat my food now because it's not that I don't like them, I have a severe allergic reaction to them. So thanks. Love wasting money.

Several days ago, my family and I decided to patron this restaurant, hoping for a wonderful experience. We had gotten approximately 1/3 of the way through our desired order before being abruptly interrupted by the voice behind the microphone, being told to pull forward. At the window, we were able to communicate the rest of our order without any trouble. We then were told that the “kitchen was fighting” by the kind gentleman at the window and that we would need to pull forward to wait for our order. During that time, I pondered the unspeakable commotion that could’ve prevented our food from being prepared in an orderly fashion. In my opinion, the concept of fast food was quite poorly executed in this instance, as we waited for approximately 15 minutes. The saving grace of this experience was that the food, although delayed in delivery, was absolutely delicious. The burger was well-seasoned and the flavors of ketchup, mustard, onion, and pickle came together in a beautiful, harmonized manner. The fries were crispy, being pulled from the clutches of the hot oil at the perfect moment. Will I be back to this McDonald’s? How did life originate on Earth? The answers to both questions are unclear.

I get it’s fast food but how do you forget key components to an order. Both kids missing apple slices and their chocolate milk. Tried getting the milk got told we gave it to you you’ll have to pay for them none of the sauces we wanted guy at drivethru window acted like it wasn’t his problem and said he just hands the food out and their “busy” poor customer service attention to orders

I've worked here before, and I can tell you that if you want your order to be correct, don't come to New Richmond McDonald's. It will be wrong 65% of the time.

Call out to Reese, one of the managers, for not being able to handle sitations professionally and losing your cool on customers. He became a manager several years ago while I was working there, and STILL can't keep his cool with customers. 3-4 years and he hasn't changed.

We waited 45 minutes for food, and I honestly think they forgot about our order because we had to call them and tell them we were sitting in our car waiting. Then they gave us some of the right food, but also missing some things and had things we didn't order.

Almost all of the previous times I've eaten here, my order was wrong. Whether I order a plain McChicken, or just any order with one edit to it, it would always come out wrong. Sometimes even unedited foods.
