We ordered 2 six inch subs The young man was very friendly and helpful but got very sick from meatball sub. I probably should have gone to emergency room but decided to just stay in bed. It last 4 to 5 days. They need to watch temperature of the meatballs better. Will not order that again

I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the dining area was. The people working here are really on top of keeping it clean. I’ve seen so many other places where the people working don’t clean especially young people. The food was great.

EDIT BELOW 3 STAR TO 1. Don't order online for pick up! It seems to be where they dump their old hard bread. To customers whom drive all the way home before they're disappointed. Every time I go inside my bread is great. Order online terrible. EDIT!!!!! I posted this top review after eating., and now this morning myself, my lady, and hour 9 year old are sick. Pick the subway at Walmart if you have to have it.

The young working was the kindest girl ever. She had a smile on her face the entire time she was helping me. The world needs more people like her. This was 3/29/24 around 845pm. Thank for the great service!!
I came here at 345 Feb 19 with a person who had never been to a subway before. They absolutely blew us away with their service and food. They even had provolone!! We will be back!

Only going downhill. Every single time I order pick up or delivery the order is wrong. When ordering NOT toasted I get it toasted every single time. I ALWAYS unselect the toasted button. I had them remake it this time and they didn't even warm up the rotisserie chicken. I worked at a subway back in the day and never ever did we have this many mishaps. The store on Knowles is notorious for screwing up even the simplest order. Ex. A foot long ham doesn't come with 4 slices of ham!!! There are cheat sheets literally in front of you when making sandwiches. Use them!!!!

The two people working when we were in the evening of 1/23/24 were fantastic. They handled lots of online orders, drive through, and a line of people inside. They were professional, polite, and apologetic of the wait. Amazing service, will return!

I ordered threw door dash, and got a turkey sandwich, american cheese, and ranch. Yesterday. Which was the only thing I ate yesterday.Last night after getting home I spent the rest of my night with violent food poisoning. Throwing up so much to the point where I just slept in my bathroom. Absolutely disgusted. I urge everyone to go somewhere else
