My daughter and I had fast service, everything was clean, food tasted delicious. Watched while a horrible rude person treated workers horribly and they handled it so well were very respectful! Great workers!

Horrible management: GREAT employee
Poor guy was all alone on only his 6th shift. 3 online orders came in and 5 sets of people came in all at once. I felt tense for him, but he was fast paced, calm, cheery, and collected the whole time. Hoping management sees this. Give this guy a raise and get your crap together.

Dry day old bread. I thought subway used fresh bread. My sandwich was dry and crusty. Not fresh at all. Service was slow. Shouldn’t take that long to make a sandwich.
First of all the store was out of Italian bread. I had to repeat my order a couple of times in order for the “sandwich artisan” to get it right. After all was said and done, I was charged twice as much as I should have. It did not even occur to me that I had been overcharged until I got home. I elected to not get a printed receipt and when I went back to talk to the young man who had rang my order up, he had to text his manager about what to do. The young man did remember me and he said that there was nothing he could do since I didn’t have a receipt. He even said he was new and probably charged me twice. I’m more disappointed with the manager than I am with the associate. I will NOT be going back there!

Waited behind 2 others for 20 mins while the employee made their two 6 inch sandwiches. It took another 20 for her to make my husband's and my sandwiches. We had to repeat ourselves so many times and occasionally the employee just disappeared for several minutes at a time.

It took 35 minutes for 4 people to go through the line. The entire time the employee loudly complained that their coworker did not show up. The employee also disappeared into the back for minutes at a time mid orders.

Fix your online ordering. It never works. I would love to use your drive through but your employees shove that card reader in my face. I’m not touching your card reader. Take my card like a normal person.

Lettuce was mooshy/soggy, didn't wash hands before putting on gloves, no hairnets or caps, flies flying around. Sandwich was so gross it got tossed after find a completely mooshy part that was discussing. Will not be going back
Over 90% of the veggies are brown, I just got chicken with spinach because that was all that looked ok. But after the 1st bite I had to spit it out. The chicken must be a day old or something. It was chewy and gooey. ?

The bread wasn’t cooked all the way, it still had doe in the middle. Had to just throw the sandwich away after a few bites.
