I am so disappointed. Prior to my visit I checked the menu to decide what we all wanted and upon arrival was told they couldn't actually do the classic box even though it was available on the app and were extremely rude about it. When our food was handed out rather than taking her time she stacked all of our food on the one box we got resulting in it all falling on the ground then proceeded to say it probably was fine but "I guess we could remake it if it's ruined" the ground was covered in slush and the bag ended up soaked

Gotta love paying extra for add ons and getting nothing. Also gotta love when a request for no onion is made due to an allergy. Good thing I didn't bite into it or that would have been a hospital visit. Super disappointing.
