The young cashier at this place really need customer service training. I watched him take a order to car than come vack to handling food and never stop to wash his hands and between. I all seen the cashier coughing into his hands and handling food without washing them or using gloves. To add I also didn't feel welcomed at this location

Always a great night when the soda machine doesn't work, two employees yelling at each other and your order messed up even after stating the receipt wasn't correct....pretty sure the two arguing walked off the job lol. She was yelling loud enough to hear it through the closed drive thru window! Not a good look for ya Arby's...swear since COVID this location stinks!

Satisfied drive through customer. We had an easy time ordering and received our entire order correctly. The food came out hot and appreciated the fullness of my fry container, flowing with fries. Are sandwiches were tasty, and we were back on the road. I recommend trying out this Arby's.

This is only the 2nd time I have had occasion to visit this Arby's, and I have had notably good experiences both times. One does not necessarily expect politeness and customer service, particularly over the intercom, at fast food restaurants. The employees are usually not well compensated for their time, and it comes out in their attitude towards their job. That was not the case here. Both times the woman who took my order was polite and accommodating. The first time I remember opening my sandwich and thinking that it had been done by a "sandwich artist." As good as roast beef sandwiches are, nowadays you're lucky if half the meat is actually /in/ the bun when you receive it. This was perfect. This time, not only were the sandwiches neat, but when I asked for a "half-and-half" soda (which is usually something I don't even bother trying for in the drive-through) the response was, "I got you." She really went above and beyond when she handed me the soda and asked me to check to make sure she had the ratio right. I hope this lady's boss is reading this and realizes that they have a -gem- in her. Whenever I have to go to my doctors office down the road, I will be stopping here for lunch.

After a confusing ordeal with the cashier whom I presume is new. Our food was wrong and cold. My wife and I were anticipating getting food at Arby's as we have not been there In a while. Also the place was dead and the dining room was filthy. I definetly will not return to this location.
