Was looking for something to meet some friends at for dinner halfway between our houses and after looking at a few places, we chose this one. Was really happy we came. The server was very pleasant to talk to, and the food was good. Was excited to see they had broasted chicken here, because that's getting difficult to find in the area.

went to eat there and there was only 1 server working and she did not greet us properly nice clean place .
The atmosphere was good, the server good and once the food came almost an hour later, it was good. Two groups of people came after us, ordered, ate, and left before our food came.

Not the steakhouse vibe I was expecting. I'd equate it a bar or simple restaurant that serves steak. The food was average (not bad, but not steak house quality) and the atmosphere seemed more like an old Mexican restaurant that was converted into an American restaurant by simply changing signs.My sirloin steak was cooked correctly. The sweet potato was just canned yams. I got the feeling everything was canned and nothing is prepared on site. Overall, my opinion of The Branded Steer is just "meh".

Had food delivered. The steak was good, but the onions didn't taste good once it was cold. I ordered my salad with no dressing, and there was dressing on it.Didn't realize that the bake sweet potato was served with lots of brown sugar and butter, diabetic, to much sugar. The steak was cooked to the medium raw I love, but cold, and I didn't want to reheat because then the steak won't be medium raw.My delivery driver got lost. I watched it on the map. It took 20 minutes from pickup to delivery. The driver also didn't follow delivery instructions. Dropped it on my porch and left. Didn't ring the bell.He lost out on an additional tip.
