The pick up process here is a joke . I waited 30 mins extra than what it was supposed to take . And when i got my food it wasn’t even fresh.How hard is it to have one person in front hand orders to people? Terrible management and terrible cold food.What a joke

My grand daughter wanted to go here for lunch (she's a very finicky eater). She asked for an order of mozzarella sticks, which came out pretty quickly and was filling. She ordered the chicken tenders with lemon pepper, which were very well seasoned and tasted excellent (this was from her and I agreed). I ordered a bacon smash burger, which I've never had at BW3. It was large in size and very flavorful. BW3 is not a restaurant and frequent very often due to several lousy experiences at other locationsthat are no longer open, but the food here was very good. The service was friendly but their seemed to be miscommunication amongst the servers as three different servers served our table due to them not knowing where our original server went. They were all super friendly and smiley though and our food came out in a decent amount of time. I would go back here as they have great deals on food and berries.

I love how no matter the day or time Buffalo Wild Wings likes to act like all the items you bought are suggestions or optional. Everything MIGHT be in the bag but usually not. When you call and tell them X, Y, Z is missing they love to ask “do you wanna come back for it?” the questions of the day are… is “coming back” okay for payment method? is the total on the order optional? how about i give you $7 dollars on a $35 order and you can come find me for the rest.

Put in an order online for pick up and was told it would be ready at 6:10pm. I arrived at 6:18pm and was told they are running behind and it would be another 10-15 minute wait. I did not receive my food until 7:03. I live 10 minutes away from the location and figured my food would be hot and still fresh. When we got home and sat down immediately to eat... NOTHING was hot and fresh. Not even warm. Not okay, food was TERRIBLE. 0/10 would NOT recommend this location.

Everything happens very slow here. Our waitress took our drink order, took a while to get them. Then took our appetizer and food order, we waited and waited then watched as our waitress ran out the front door. We waited and waited before someone came to check on us, she went to check and our food and told us our food had been ready but the appetizer was not entered and asked if we wanted our appetizer first. NO! We wanted our food hot! We ate then our appetizer came out. We again waited and waited before we flagged down the second lady to cash us out.

I loved our experience here.We haven't been here in almost six months because our service has always been horrible. Wow just wow, I believe our servers name was Suzanne from our receipt. She hands down, changed my mind on this location. She had about ten tables from looking around. But from the service you could not tell. I saw her seat guest, serve food, clean tables, and not to mention all of this, she was giving out to go orders. I will be back. Definitely will ask for her every time. Thank you for hiring her! I will kindly tell all my fellow Oakcreek people to come back just for her. She is up beat with a fun personality! If I could change anything, it would be the food, it was not as hot as we would have liked. We loved and saw how hard she was working, we would have never complained. I am human resources for a trucking company and great job with the hiring, you found a winner! One more thing, I thought she was just refilling our drinks before we could ask, but no I watched her, she did it for every one before the drink could be empty. Again wow, dishes where off the table by the time we were done eating ! When we left, only drinking glasses on table and the check. I haven't saw service like this in years.

Absolutely terrible. Took 15 mins to get drinks. We order the food when we got them. Took 30mins to get the food and they told us one meal and the kids grilled cheese will be out shortly. We couldn’t find the waitress to ask where it was but they came back 45min later asking how was everything. We told her that we still didn’t get the two meals but just take them off because everyone else is already almost done eating. 20mins later she come with the check and a burnt to shit but cold grilled cheese saying “Sorry we took those off but the manager said you can still have the grilled cheese.” We get ready to pay and after waiting 15mins they never came back. We waiting by the door for 20mins with a ton of other people trying to pay and pick up their to go order because no worker was coming. The service was terrible 10 years ago and we tried it again, mistake, I’m shocked they’re still open.

We were seated immediately which is the highlight of our visit. Everything is downhill from there. Our waitress(maybe? This is the theme) took our drink order and food order at the same time, since we had sat long enough to know what we wanted. We ordered two of the same sodas. After 10min, our drinks had not arrived, and our waitress passed our table many times. I finally stopped her to ask we get our drinks. She apologized and said yes. Another 5min go by, and one of our dishes was brought to us by a different waitress. Still, no drinks. After another 5min, the waitress who brought us one dish walked by and noticed we didn’t have drinks, and asked what we wanted. She immediately brought us our sodas. Eventually the rest of our food came. So we are halfway into our food, almost done with our drinks and then the original waitress comes by with two more sodas. Great, we think these are refills right? NO. The waitress says “oh you already got your drinks…sorry…” and then places the drinks on a different table. Before we could tell her to leave them, we want them (we are almost out of drinks) she whisked them away. She could have easily played this off as her bringing us refills and finally doing her job correctly, but she again fumbled the bag. We finished our food, and then when we think that waitress is coming over to check on us, it’s actually so she can tell us that she is leaving and our “actual waitress” will be over soon. A third person brought us our check, barely looking at us. We did not leave a tip because 1. Service was awful and 2. Who are we to tip? Who even was our “actual waitress”? The woman who sat us? The woman who forgot our drinks twice and needs to find a different Career choice? The woman who took our money and nothing more?
Food was bleak at best. It arrived cold, and lacked much flavor.
