Trash. Never will go there again. Ordered $35 worth of food & kid's meal. I was parked and had to wait. That wasn't the issue. Guy came out and gave me one bag. No toy, half the food ordered, and stale fries. What a joke.

Nasty food. Forgot items and receipt. They also made us back away from the pick up window after paying and did this to multiple cars. It was very strange and caused confusion to the person behind us.

Stopped at this Burger King since I've been wanting to try the new Whoppers and Pickle fries. Pulled into the drive thru behind three cars. Not a big deal, but after waiting for 5 minutes and the line didn't move, figured it would be easier to just go inside and order. Boy was I wrong. I walked up to the counter and as I did the man at the register literally walked away from me. I then proceeded to stand there for about 7-10 minutes waiting to place my order. The entire time the employees (mainly one younger woman) kept looking over at me, but didn't once actually acknowledge me. There isn't a point where 4 cars in the drive thru should cripple a location. I walked out without ordering because why am I going to keep waiting if the staff doesn't want to take the orders of the people In the actual building.

Somehow there cash register “wasn’t working” and only way to order was through the phone… horrible service. I would avoid this place in oak creek.

Ordered from here today and was so excited to try the new pickle burger. Food got there and the only thing I got was a burger patty and RANCH! I was so disappointed. I will NOT be coming here again. I also posted a complaint on DOOR DASH which got deleted

After a long hard day of working only to be treated like crap by Burger King!! I ordered 2 sandwiches 2 onion rings 1 french fry and 2 drinks, $25+ and a 40 minute drive home only to find 1 sandwich 1 onion ring 1 french fry and 2 drinks. I ended up having to stop AGAIN and buy my daughter COUSINS!!!! This place is such a waste of time. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!! Only go here if your interested in crappy service and half of your food!!

Vegetarian options: I ordered an impossible burger, my daughter NEVER got the chance to taste it.

I picked up an order from this restaurant a few days ago. When I got home with it the first thing that we found out, is that one of the sandwiches that had an additional item ordered for it and paid for it did not have that component on the sandwich. I use the AI system to get a resolution for this. As soon as I had finished using the AI system to do that, it was noticed that an entire other item was missing from the order. I went back to use the AI system to resolve it, but was unable to because there was already an initial resolution for the other problem. I called the store to try to get a resolution and was told that I had to call an 800 number to do that. I asked for the 800 number, but the store didn’t have it and said that I should just go on the app. On the app I was only able to get back into the AI system so I submitted a ticket there. Two days later, I received a message that they felt they had already resolved the issue because of the initial resolution. So they basically have stolen money from me through the app for items that they knew that they were not going to have in the store to give me and did not tell me at the window would not be in the bag Until I got home to learn that the items were not there, and now will not refund for the items that I was charged for that were not included in the order. This company and specifically this store do not seem to care about their customers and would rather try to steal extra dollars from them for items that they neglect to state are not in the order even though they have already been paid for. I highly suggest not utilizing this particular restaurant.

The wheels turn slowly here. 7:33 order time on the receipt received food at 8:08. Lots of people standing looking around toe tapping. Good luck if you go here.
