Honestly 10/10 Burger King @ South Howell. The service was amazing and the gentleman that took our order was so kind and efficient! The lobby was super clean and welcoming (music was at a very reasonable volume). The food was amazing. Fries were HOT and fresh. This is how take out should be! Every where! Thank you!

It's disappointing that you can order ahead on their app and still have to wait up to 20 minutes before you can get your food. That's without anybody in front of you. Very disappointing, more on today's workforce than BK itself.

Came through the drive thru 3/3 at 7:30pm. They said they had no whopper patties. The guy at the window was super rude, had me wait close to 10min for my food, was on his phone the entire time even when he was charging my order. Made me very uncomfortable because it almost seemed like he took a pic of my credit card. And then he basically shoved the bag at the end. The worst experience. Now I have to call my bank and cancel my card.

Guy was in lobby doing trash and stop doing garbage and went into kitchen area and start making food. At least he put on gloves the whole thing was disturbing ? ?

Ordered online & picked up in the drive-thru. First was told that they had no shakes, even though I ordered one on the app. They had me pull ahead & wait for the food. When I got home to look at my receipt, not only was I still charged for the shake, but I was also missing my 16 piece nuggets, which I was also charged for. I tried calling, but no one answered. Now I have to wait 24-48 hours for an email from their customer service to see if I can get my money back.DO NOT GO HERE!
