No one at drive thru window despite a car being parked and it being 24 hours

If there was ever an example of a store that has given up, it would be this one. Via the drive-through, I had to repeat the order two or three times literally yelling into the microphone so they would hear the difference between Dr Pepper and Diet Coke as an example. We ordered two sandwiches and two fries and they forgot one of the fries. It’s quite simple to check the bag with the order before giving it to the customer. The drive-through staff member was so not engaged that we felt totally unwelcome. You get a completely different experience from literally any McDonald’s, Wendy’s, or Culver’s. Very sad.

Even though the vehicle in front of me in the drive-thru ordered a LOT of food, and it took a while with short staffing too, the staff was pleasant, and my food was hot. My chicken sandwich was fresh and one of the better sandwiches I've had in a while at a Burger King.

This place doesn't even deserve one star. Every single time you go through the drive through, you are going to sit there for 10 to 15 minutes every time.. And this is when they're not busy. These people at the drive thru are slow and you can't even get a smile out of them. Bad experience every time I go there. Save yourself some aggravation and just pass this place by.

The bearded guy was coughing on his hands, wiped his mouth, touched his nose and was saying all while packing our food and touching our fries with no gloves! Grossss! Do not recommend eating here and they took so long to pack our food!

Burger King where have you been!?!?!?! I stopped going to burger king for over 10 years because their food went down hill. I have now been here the past 2 days and all I can say is thank you.. The whoopers taste like the original whooper from when I was a kid. You guys rock! Will definitely be coming back. Better then culvers

This location is terrible and my coworker had a similar issue recently. I had a 3 minute drive from the job site that I was at to this location, so I submitted my order through the app and headed over. There were 2 or 3 cars ahead of me in the drive thru, but I wasn’t too worried about it. I sat longer and longer in line waiting and getting nervous about if I would get my food in time. I finally got up to the window and they asked what my order was and tried to charge me again even though I had already paid on the app. After waiting a long time and watching the employees move at a snail’s pace and looking completely clueless, I finally got my drink. After a little longer, I asked if my food was ready and they said that there was another order ahead of mine and they were making mine now, but by this point, I had been waiting over 20 minutes in line, and I had to just drive away without my food to be back to work on time. The service and speed were terrible, and unfortunately, I can’t give any feedback about the quality or taste of the food, but I will not be returning to this location, and I would recommend others to avoid it if they are able.

24 Hours but you can only Door Dash or Mobile App. I waited 37 min for a $7 trio with 2 employees at 220am. They were respectful but no cash or credit at night. I downloaded the app just so I can order. I get the industry but cash is king. Not trying to be a Karen, but warning people that it's really not 24hrs unless your door dash or mobile app

The workers here are slow. Not in the sense of intelligence, but in the sense that they move slower than a turtle, snail, an elephant, a sloth, slug, a star fish, a gila monster, a seahorse, etc. There is always something wrong with the ice cream machine, something wrong with the register, and did I mention they take their slow ahh time. If it wasn’t for the food being somewhat decent, I’d petition for these people to lose their jobs and for this establishment to close for good. They are taking up space and job opportunities. Do and be better with your service and productivity please.
