One of the worst locations. Always a problem with the “system being down” Low caliber individuals serving the worst version of what a whopper should never be. Shame on the franchise owner the people who work there

This Burger King is such a bed Burger King I ever had I was come in that burger at night around 11 and I says hello in speaker nobody answering and I was hearing from the speaker sleeping sounds.. And also there is rude employees who they don’t know how to talk with the customer.. I be never ever come in this Burger King again I avoid..🤮

Today Around lunchtime I walked in to pick up my grubhub order and I notice they had the spongebobs toys on display. I seen they had some open and just sitting there my son is 4 years old and love collecting the toys but unfortunately we haven’t had a chance to find the Patrick toy so as a mom I ask if I can buy the Patrick Toy they had open on display. The gentleman working there was so kind and was about to let me buy it when his coworker a woman told him no I can’t buy that one! So he so kindly went to back to check if there was more of the Patrick toys not open. When he came back, he told me there was none so I kindly asked him again. Can I buy that one that’s in display I didn’t mind that it was open he wanted to give it to me, but the lady next to him with a nasty attitude kept telling him no she continue to give me attitude and just have an attitude in general she was even giving her coworker attitude because he wanted to give it to me. I didn’t mind buying the meal for the toy either!! In the end I’m so happy he let me have the Patrick toy. He did not just showed kindness he made a 4 year old so happy! My point is it doesn’t take that much to be a kind person she needs to be talked to or sent to the back if she doesn’t want to be kind to customers because being kind is not hard! Especially over a fast food restaurant toy! I hope he has a beautiful year and life continues to bless him. I wish I would have gotten his name but it was 1/12/2026 around lunch time.

I had asked for a whopper with just cheese and it had a garden on it,I brought in with me like I always do is my Epinephrine injection pin just in case because I'm allergic to most of what comes on the burgers I didn't even get my money back when I asked for a manager

The whoppers were not made as we asked. My husband ordered a wrap and it was ice cold. I felt like were were an inconvenience to the person who was waiting on us. The ice machines were not working by the drink station. This is a shame because the last time we were here we had a very good experiance.

This is by far the worst experience I've ever had at a burger king. It was about 10:15 pm when I arrived and I didnt received my food until almost 10:30 with only 1 vehicle ahead of me that didn't appear to order much. On top of that all the food was cold. Not warm, not room temp, cold!!!!! I also had instructed on the app I wanted my burgers hot off the broiler. Again cold. I also stated I want no lettuce and guess what was on the burger? Old soggy lettuce. It was obvious this burger had been sitting around awhile and they just tried wiping the the previous ingredients off. I will never return to this location. The middle eastern gentlmen who was working didn't seem very good at or enthused about his job.

I had an online coupon that said but one whopper & get one free, right. The manager would not honor that! He even saw the whole thing on my phone and stuttering, he's like ah ah ah yeah I cant use that. No excuse given!! If I wasn't so hungry I'd tell him to shove it where the sun don't shine! I was pissed! DON'T GO TO THE BURGER KING ON SOUTH 13th & RAWSON AVE OAK CREEK! What comes around goes around. SMH
