Couldn’t even get food. Tried to go through the drive through today only to find one of the sides was mobile app pick up only, but you don’t know until it’s too late because the sign is not back far enough. The drive through employees won’t take an order from the mobile app line and you're stuck waiting with no order. The drive through employees say it’s been an ongoing issue. The sign needs to be moved telling you which line to go in much farther back.

Today, a parent catered Chick-fil-A for us, and Joe was the one who delivered the food. He was beyond awesome! Joe was incredibly nice when he arrived, and he made sure to wash his hands before setting out the meal boxes. When he noticed that the count was off, he quickly ran back to complete our order. All around, he was an amazing and wonderful employee! Just wanted to give him the shout-out he deserves. Food was excellent, and we are so happy with this teacher's appreciation gift!

Pulled up at 10:30 am for breakfast. Person in front of was ordering until 10:31am. When I came to order Mackenzie said she can’t serve me a sandwich. Breakfast board wasn’t changed yet.
