This Chick-fil-A is truly one of the best fast food establishments to pop up in Oak Creek in recent memory. The staff is extraordinarily trained, bith friendly and efficient, and the food is spectacular. I have had a few instances of minor mishaps, like missing sauces, but generally, I have great experiences here.

1st time at this location..and I was quite upset initially..i had missing food. How do you miss the chicken at chic fil a and thats your main ingredient....and my soup had a huge chuck what looked to be breading in it. Normally I wouldn't give a good review but the manager was very polite and fast acting to take care of the situation. If it wasnt for him I dont think I would've been returning to that location.

Came here on Wednesday because they were the only place that had grilled chicken sandwiches. All I can say is their food does NOT disappoint. This is going to be our new go to for fast food.

Couldn’t even get food. Tried to go through the drive through today only to find one of the sides was mobile app pick up only, but you don’t know until it’s too late because the sign is not back far enough. The drive through employees won’t take an order from the mobile app line and you're stuck waiting with no order. The drive through employees say it’s been an ongoing issue. The sign needs to be moved telling you which line to go in much farther back.
