I've been a loyal customer to Cousins Subs on Ryan Rd for years, and my go-to order is always the 7 1/2 Steak Cheese sandwich. While the customer service has consistently been good and the restaurant is always clean, I've noticed some inconsistencies with the quality of the subs.
Specifically, the flavor and texture of the meat has varied from visit to visit, and the tomatoes often aren't as ripe as I'd like. These issues have been ongoing, and it's disappointing because I've come to expect more consistency from a popular chain like Cousins.
That being said, I still enjoy my Steak Cheese sandwich when it's made well, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. With a bit more attention to detail and consistency in food preparation, Cousins Subs could easily regain its top spot in my book.

The double cheese steak and wi cheese steak we ordered barely had any meat on it. Once you closed the sandwich all you can see is bread and vegetables. Not worth the price

Daughter lives in Cleveland and wanted us to have Subs for Easter with a movie. My Oak Creek was fresh and veggies were Amazing.

yesterday i went to this cousins and got 3 subs to go.i asked for all of them to be on multigrain bread.when i got home and unwrapped the sandwiches 2 were on italian bread.one of those 2 was on sub bread that was considerably smaller in size than the others.it does not take rocket science to not use a sub bun that is too small in size to use.a rip off.
Maddie J was a snotty. Poor customer service and stood at the register talking poorly about other employees who were not there. The person she was talking to was working the grill. Supposedly a manager.

The dining room was so cold my daughter had goose bumps, and we couldn’t even finish our meals because of how uncomfortable we were. As we left, my nose and hands felt as if I had been outside and were cold to the touch. Additionally, the drink machine in the lobby had next to no available options and the very few left were sugar free which typically means loaded with aspartame which is not a safe sugar substitute. Unfortunately, we are seeing the results of understaffing and it hurts the business, the employees, and the customers.
