I've been eating Cousin's subs for 40+ years. To me, the food has been quite consistent over the years. I'm not happy with how much their prices have increased over the years, but I'd much rather have a sub from here than most of Cousin's competitors.

The employees are amazing here. Im happy wages are better these days. When I was a kid 7.25 an hr was the norm and I met the nicest people working 3 jobs to make ends meat. Anyone that thinks the person making your food isnt deserving of a good wage is lucky to be so ignorant to others. Most people dont have that thankfully but want to just make a living.Parking: It is always easy and wide open enough to see everything.Kid-friendliness: Kids would only get bored but I think it's a good family dine in for sure.

This cousins is going down the drain with their distribution of the food to the customers. I went there twice at night and they gave me bad sandwiches. One time i order a turkey sandwich and got hardly any lettuce or mayo and the tomatoes had holes out in the middle. Second time i bought a turkey sandwich, the bread was vey doughy and tomatoes again had holes taken out of the middle. And NO onions on my sandwich. Prices go up and i shoyld at least get decent food items that i paid for. It seems at bight time they through their leftover stuff that no one wants on those sandwiches. I WILL NOT come back here again! Terrible terrible. And when i went back the next day to talk to the manager, she was quite rude with me ad well but i did get my money back from my sandwich after being asked if i wanted to be reimbursed. I said of course, i didnt get what i paid for.

Seems like a local or regional gain. Stuck working from an Airport hotel, I picked this on Uber Eats based on a combo of time and reviews, for lunch. Philly Cheese Steak was decent. Not a true/perfect "Philly" but it was a decent lunch. The sub roll (more a mini baguette) was particularly fresh for a chain.

I have gone here twice a week for years but no longer. Ordered delivery on their website, which apparently is contracted out to doordash. Called the store when my order wasn't delivered and was told to contact doordash. I don't have a doordash account and ordered on Cousin's website. Was unable to resolve it even after talking to the manger. Called doordash who then said only the store could refund me, as I originally suspected. It is not the customer's responsibility to chase down your contracted delivery service when they placed it on your website. Take care of your customers and treat them with respect and you will keep them instead of driving them off to other restaurants.
Just had the absolute worst cheese steak of my life here. Just ordered a double cheesesteak and noy at all impressed; The meat smelled and tasted like cleaning materials, and the amount of meat & cheese on it didn't really look like a double (and if it was then the regular must be pretty pathetic). Was unsure if I should order here based on reviews I read but gambled anyways and I really should have heeded warning. Staff was nice and service was fast but the sub was terrible.

Great subs!!! The staff here is professional, quick and accurate. The subs are the best! And Cousins fried cheese curds are some of the best in the city!!!Parking: Lots of spots!!

I really try to like this company but their food is just barely "okay" in my book. After this visit, I decided that I'm done and will never return. I prefer the better bread at Jimmy Johns and the quantity of meat is better at JJ also. The employees at Cousin's always seem depressed and I just don't want to go there anymore. I deleted their app and will not ever buy at Cousin's again.

Wilson Ave., Oak Creek Wisconsin, (store #1143) and the manager, no name tag, white short female, stubby, brownish hair with glasses was the worst manager I've ever experience in my whole entire life.After telling her my steak sandwiches wasn’t hot she opened the sandwich and started feeling on it. She became confrontational and asked me if I want it burnt?It was not only unprofessional, unsanitary, ignorant, rude, and insulting, it was racially motivated.What a way to teach a staff. It is totally outrageous and unacceptable, she was way out of line. If this is the type of people, you're hiring to run the business it’s downhill from here!
