I travel all over the United States and know the difference between these sub shop chains and the sandwiches they sell. First and foremost is the bread. Been in the bakery equipment business for over 40 years so we know what is best and the rolls for the subs at Cousins is average. Probably come from Campione’s bakery that is local.
Sub had minimum amount of meat, lettuce and very small tomatoes put on it. Not very appealing and taste was kind of bland. Sorry to say I won’t be back.

I do love cousins subs but the environment is very unclean and you can see that when you walk in. The grill and more looks dirty. This is definitely bad for business when your customers walk in and see this. As far as the food, subs aren't made correctly and often have questionable toppings. I'd hate for people to get sick from here.. I've had multiple orders incorrect and inedible. Do yourself a favor and go ten min to the Rawson Ave location. Management, I'd suggest check in with your workers and their cleanliness as food safety and quality control is key to running a good and safe food service business. -a long time local

Apparently, management thinks it's okay for people to bring their leashed, unmuzzled dogs inside while their irresponsible owners eat. We're not talking lap dogs, but good sized ones. Disgusting, rude, and uncomfortable. Hey dog owners...not everyone has a love of dogs like you do and doesn't like being around them. The dogs and dog owners can make up for the money we often spend there because we will not be back.

The grill that they were cooking on was disgusting dirty. I don’t know where the guy came from. With my bread a fly with flying around. I’m sorry I can’t come to her ever again. I will be going back down on Oakland in Locust. Much much cleaner, grill better atmosphere. I don’t know if this sandwich is gonna make me sick or not but I’m about to eat it cause I just spent $13 for it. Have a good day. Yes, the sandwich was definitely bad. Tasted like metals on my meat. I couldn’t even finish the sandwich. Terrible. I knew it. I felt the vibes.

Ordered half double roast beef and cheddar to tomato. Tomatoes on sandwich, ordered lit onions, lots of onions and no oil or vinegar. Most cousins are good, first time I had this happen

Waited 25 mins for a sandwich and got it with no fries cause they still were not finished. Even tho my sandwich was just sitting there covered in flys for more than half that time. This place is why machines are going to take over the world, people are pretty much useless.
Was in last night to pick up a carry out. Mentioned I wanted a plain small club. Got everything on it again.. this has happened multiple times. Wasted money! No one listens to the requested order. Had to throw out the sandwich cause it had toppings I’m allergic too. Extremely disappointed in this establishment. All in all I have wasted about 30 dollars or more in bad orders.

Best subs in the country. Service absolutely sucks these days. Stupid expensive for a freaking sandwich. Parking spots are too small for pickups.

I didn’t get the food for myself I got it for someone else. However the young lady at the cashier. I think her name was Jana, was a baby angel. Very sweet, helpful, and sweet as pie. Just came here to compliment her on her service and wish her the absolute best in whatever her heart desires
