I have ordered from this location a few times without any complaints. Today, I received exceptional service. I had an online order for a noon pickup and something came up at work and I did not make it in time. I called later to ask if my sandwich is still there and if I could pick it up. The staff said it was, not sure if it actually was. When I arrived to my surprise they had made a fresh sandwich! Exactly how I would treat my customers because life happens! Thank you to the crew working lunch on 4/30/2024.

Ordered 3 subs at the counter today. Subs were obviously pulled from the cooler, not fresh tasting and the bread was old. Why weren’t my subs freshly made?? I knew something didn’t make sense, because the subs were very cold, the bread was cold, and the turnaround time was mere seconds. Very disappointed.
With so many people complaining about high prices in comments. I rather go eat next door for few extra bucks.

Very friendly staff, delicious and adorable food (a rarity for quality these days). The cheese curds are some of the best around. Not overly breaded and still a little squeaky. My only complaint is regarding the ventilation system. Several times now, when walking in, it smells very strongly of frying oil. It’s quite unpleasant.
I like the new feel of the space. The staff were really nice and fast.But for $15.00, the sandwich was lackluster. It was thin and not generous with it's serving when compare to something like Charlie's Cheesesteaks. Fries came half empty. Left the place still hungry.

1st time having their Pastrami sandwich, w fries and a bottle of cream soda. Nickels shy of $20!!! That is just too expensive!The pastrami was very salty. So salty that I will never order it again. Everything else was as usual.Parking: Very limited spaces and tight quarters to maneuver. Large vehicles beware.
