The cookies are obviously delicious but the service at all crumbl locations has tanked. Ordered curbside and it showed as a completed order in the app for a while so I had to go into the store to see what was going on. Waited and waited without being acknowledged to overhear someone else ask about their order to find they are waiting for the certain type of cookie to cool... at least communicate that with your guests and don't mark the order as completed if it is nowhere near ready...
They are very fast in oak creek but they cookies are really good
