This location is phenomenal, everyone who works here is so kind and the food was made to perfection. Gramma Vicky is so kind and made this such a warm and welcoming environment. This should be your go-to Culver’s!

Absolute sheer madness any time of the day. Every time I come in there’s no where to stand, customers are confused and everyone is skipping each other getting angry.
25 employees at a time and most are just standing there staring at you. I’ve never been inside such a hectic restaurant atmosphere. Half are laughing goofing off while one cashier is taking orders for a line of 15 people. This place is quite literally hell on earth every time I go in. Food is great, wish the service was at least half decent.
Managers seem absolutely non existent, a bunch of high school kids feeding the masses like chickens with their heads cut off.
I placed an online order outside of the restaurant, it took them 30 minutes to get it to me.

Usually this place is fantastic and the workers are very kind (especially Jackson) but today they were pretty slammed. I ordered chicken tenders and they came frozen in the middle. I told them about it and they remade it fairly quickly but it was again frozen so I just asked for a refund and dipped. I think because they were busy it was just something that slipped and usually I wouldn't care but I ended up getting sick from the cold chicken. Again, usually this place is great but I think they should be a bit more careful especially with frozen/raw chicken.

I order a double pickle burger and a single pickle burger that is not what I got. I got a single pickle burger and some small chicken sandwich. I wait 10 minutes for my food and it wasn't even right. I paid for more than I got! Culver's in Oak Creek is horrible!!!
Place just doesn't grab me, every time its a new adventure. A time ago they tried to tell me my order was complete with only one meal in it. This time they skipped the cole slaw that comes with it, plus the shrimp was pretty burnt.

Sticky smelly floors, bacon under cooked, lettuce wilted and had big chunks no napkins given in drive thru, and the onions tasted like they were sitting in my fridge for 4 days after being cut. Just no thanks to this location.
