i dont like to write reviews normally because it feels like a waste of time and energy but this bothered me and i was having a good day. my order was not only wrong but when i got there the people there had absolutely no communication skills. i drove 30 mins from my house because i thought this would be a good location based on the reviews i saw but the guy didnt even give me a bag for my salad and just sat there staring at me when i told him the order name? FOR LIKE 3 MINUTES STRAIGHT what is happening with customer service nowadays people are robots around here

The general manager Tremayne and his son Kehon are amazing! Went above and beyond for us when we were having trouble placing our order in the app and went out of the way to get our order fixed correctly and quickly. Tremayne had wonderful conversation while we waited and the biggest heart! Absolutely lovely person, will be coming back to this location just for him!
