Bought a dozen donuts early morning. The donuts were old and chewy. Definitely not made that morning. Service was slow and not friendly. No thank you after purchase. Sad that the quality has gone down.

Bakery girl forgot my order, and also has bad actitud for it, She wanted to charge me for the same order again, she didn't understand English, started throwing the oven door when I complained. Super bad place now.

I always order ahead of time so I don’t be late for work, but they mostly for me to get there and then they starts on my order once I get there.

Went through drive through ordered half dozen donuts and 10 count munchkins and 2 drinks, talked to 3 different people while ordering because no one understood what I was ordering and once I had repeated for the 5th time they had me pull up and they still managed to get my order completely wrong. Horrible service will not be coming back

Typical Dunkin, but far different service after a change of operators a while back. Run by a (Pakistani? Indian?) family who don't speak English well. Difficult to get an order right. Even flavored coffees are made vastly different every time and some are undrinkable. Beware the donuts. Some have watery, nearly liquid frosting. Those that don't are probably at least a day old and are cracker dry. Tried another location nearby at Howell and Peutz, with the same result.

2 separate times now I ordered a frozen coffee and they were out of it. I understand things happen but is here not a way to put on your app you’re out of something. And I have tried using the “offers” they have on the app and they never work. Contacting corporate does not help at all I just get told the store will reach out to me and NOTHING. Don’t even bother with this place anymore!

I’ve went there twice. The first time I ordered two powdered donuts with white cream in the middle. When I checked the bag it was the wrong donuts.The most recent time I went, I was craving a breakfast sandwich so I stopped and got a Turkey egg and cheese croissant with a 6pc hash brown.The sandwich was decent but it was cold spots in the middle. The Hash browns tasted like they’d been sitting there for hours. Stale and dry just like the customer service. I will not be back.

There was a young girl who is usually here on the weekends or later in the day and she’s great! However now they have this one guy instead and he totally messes up the drinks. I ordered a spark’d energy peach and it was almost straight up peach concentrate and barely any (if any at all) sparkling water. I literally couldnt even drink it, it was so bad, like sickly sweet. I dont normally care if the drinks are a little different each time but when theyre undrinkable, im not too happy :(
