I frequent this location a lot since it’s right down the road from my work and I typically order the same coffee through the app. Large iced coffee with 3 cream. Simple enough to make but somehow 95% of the time the coffee is never made correctly. They always add more cream than requested and today they managed to give me straight cream with a splash of coffee for color. It’s typically always the same person who hands me the coffee too. Whenever it’s anyone else the order always seems correct but this specific person must be unable to read a simple order or does not care.

Went through the drive thru for two medium iced caramel coffees, somehow ended up with a large pumpkin coffee, which neither my fiance or I can really stomach. They thankfully gave us the correct order, but really not cool to get something so incorrect.

Staff lied about their drink offerings. Claimed a drink on the fall menu was “discontinued” although it is only October 3rd. After asking again, they continued to say it was discontinued at all locations. Which is not true because I drove to another location to get the drink I wanted. I always have issues with this Dunkin.

My favorite dunkin!! I’ve never had a bad experience here, the workers are so very friendly and kind. I love getting my morning coffee from this crew! I’ve only been inside a handful of times, but I loved how clean the store and restrooms were kept! Very thankful for a good coffee from this great place!!

Has gone severely downhill once new people took over a while back. No longer come here
Employees are very rude I had another bad experience in Dunkin. I asked for medium ice and he gave me regular ice and then I asked him to remake my cofeee and he said it’s made with medium ice so I told him I can pay for less ice just make it properly. He had an attitude and when I went to pay for less ice he was like it’s okay, and when I walked out I saw them laughing and making a bad face,I only go here coz it’s closer and on my way. I’ll be making a complaint. Very unprofessional and ruined my morning. I am paying for Cofee not ice, If I wanted ice I wouldn’t come here.

We just had a quick stop over here to get coffee for our drive. Store was very clean, had decent selection of donuts for a late Sunday evening. Service was fast and friendly. Easy right off the freeway across from Pic n Save.

Wish i could give zero stars! Horrible customer service! I clearly see the guy inside, sit by the speaker for over 5 minutes no one answers. I go to the window all of a sudden no one's around.

Every single time I've stepped foot inside this place since its little re-modeling, the cashiers always stare at me intensely for Christ knows what reason. Get rid of these spastic creeps for one thing. Another thing is my order is either marginal or just awful. Ludicrous. I've only stopped by here at this point purely out of convenience, but I'm sick of these weirdos glaring at me everytime I walk into the building. Even when I'm sitting down at a table minding my own goddamn business they do this.
