This place is amazing! I had an unplanned surgery and when they lifted my diet restrictions, the first thing I saw was the ricotta pancakes with lemon and strawberries. That was the best choice I made. The pancakes were whole grain but they were light and fluffy. I think it was lemon curd spread on the top with sliced strawberries on top of that. The perfect mix of tangy and sweet. Next time I’m trying the egg sandwich and hopefully it won’t be because I’m in a hospital. I suggest everyone go there at least once.

if you're looking for a mom and pop breakfast joint, this isn't it.that being said it's more of an upscale breakfast place with fancier than your average breakfast food. the skillet I had was delicious, perfectly seasoned potatoes and my eggs were cooked just right. however the eggs were a little small as well as the overall portion, but it was delicious! my waitress was great, very friendly attentive and made sure I had everything I wanted. if the portion was larger it would get 5 stars , but I'm only giving it 4 because it's a bit pricey for what you get.oh and there coffee is very good ?

I have been eating at First Watch Oak Creek for over two years now, the food there is amazing 90% of the time. Sometimes the potatoes are undercooked and/or salty, the hash is salty, and many times they forget to bring something small you asked for, such as maple syrup or water. However, I keep coming because most of the time everything is spot on. The pancakes are delicious, super fluffy almost cake like texture; my favorites are the lemon ricotta, blueberry and chocolate chips in this order. The eggs Benedict, the tri-fecta, the tradicional, the BLT sandwich, all good. The morning meditation juice is a must every time I go there. I have ordered to go, and their food still delicious as well. The wait lines can be long, but hang in there, it might be worthy after all.

Excellent brunch choices but understaffed for front of house. Waited several mins to check in and to pay our check. Entryway was very congested with customers waiting to do the same.Wait staff was great though.

In a day and age where food is subpar and customer service is lacking, First Watch Oak Creek does not fall into that category. Travis, our server, was exceptional and didn't miss a mark while displaying the eptiome of customer care! The food was fresh and delicious, consistent with all of the First Watch locations we've visited. Great job Team, please don't change!
