Tom was great! I actually did not know it wasnt open, but he served my son and I anyway! He let me know it would be a few mins extra, and I did not mind. He was super friendly, and extremely fast, given he was actually closed. The chicken was delicious, and my kids are extremely picky eaters. As a bonus for my kids, he even threw in some cookies! I most definitely will be back!! Thank you Tom!!

The owner answered the phone and was preparing a special catering order for someone and offered to make my lunch too. This really wowed me! Who does this anymore? We picked up chicken tonight, it had been awhile since we ordered. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. The coleslaw is still the best in town!
The customer service was well above average. Very polite, knowledgeable and really had it together. So hard to find these days!

Right now I'm eating tasty juicy chicken that was just made before arriving. I am NEVER going back to KFC. The prices are better here too. Call ahead though.
This is by far the best perfectly fried chicken in Milwaukee!It could use a little more spice but it's extremely crunchy! Will definitely be back.

Stopped in the night before Thanksgiving at around 730pm not realizing that they close at 8. Everything was off and they were getting ready to shut down. We were greeted immediately and told it was okay, they'd still take our order. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. As they prepared our food we were chatting and joking with them. They gave us a little history on their location which was pretty cool. The restaurant itself was very clean. From the walls, to the floor, the counters, all very clean. Food was great as well. We usually go to the 13th street location but will most definitely be coming to this location from now on. Thanks to the staff for the awesome service!

"I recently visited Golden Chicken in Oak Creek to pick up some chicken legs for my mother, and we were both thoroughly impressed! My mother absolutely loved the chicken legs, which were cooked to perfection. The owner was extremely courteous, the place was impeccably clean, and the service was top-notch. Based on this wonderful experience, we are now considering catering from Golden Chicken for a company event. Highly recommend this place if you're in the mood for some delicious chicken!"
