I called to ask that my sandwich be remade because this is just unacceptable. I come here enough to know that this is not the appropriate amount of chipotle mayo to use. I gagged opening the wrapping. The manager refused to remake my sandwich or give me a refund! She was seriously rude too. Just wow! Do better!!!! Calling my bank to dispute. I don’t care if it is only $10

If making sandwiches was an Olympic sport, Kai would bring home gold for Jersey Mike’s every single time. Watching him stack toppings is like witnessing a culinary Picasso in action—except instead of paint, it’s lettuce and onions. The man doesn’t just make sandwiches; he crafts edible masterpieces, one sub at a time. I wouldn’t be surprised if the mayo he spreads has been blessed by sandwich gods. 11/10 would recommend letting this sandwich savant fuel your lunch break!!
Amazing service from the minute we walked in the door! And the subs were freshly prepared. Delicious! Staff were friendly from the moment we walked in the door. Even gave recommendations to help us choose a sub! 11/10 will be visiting again.

Very friendly and when I started going to this location everyone was friendly. I had a sub in a bowl and when i took it from the bag when i got home i realized someone wrote "we appreciate you!" That made my day and i thought that's so thoughtful. Plus the delicious cookie and brownies are a favorite too! So far there are quite a few staff that know me by face already and they're very friendly. Keep up the terrific friendly atmosphere. It's appreciated! Plus they seem to make sure everything is wiped down and cleaned alot which is great to see. I like how everything is kept nice and cold. A huge plus for the mayo to be cold! If you're in that area try them and their friendly staff! Friendly so far and smiling even when they're very busy.
This location is easily the best in the Milwaukee area! I had the pleasure of stopping in when Gray, Chris and Tanya were working and they all were super friendly and made a fantastic sandwich. I’d definitely go out of my way to come here over other locations!

I travel a little out of my way to go to this particular Jersey Mike's since they do a very nice job making the sandwiches and are friendly. I always order the turkey provolone and many times with a little extra meat and onions. (Unfortunately the one that is closer to me I will not visit as I have had multiple problems in the past.) The Oak Creek location is excellent and the food quality is always top notch.
