I work just around the corner and have been coming here on my lunch breaks for a couple of years now. The food is always fresh, the store always clean, and the workers are always friendly. The past couple times I've ordered through the app, there have been some issues with it glitching and not displaying my modifications on subs. Each time it's happened, the staff has been more than willing to correct the order with a smile. Thank you! ❤️🥖

Was double charged and came in 3 times and still haven't been refunded. Now I'm going to corporate, I'm done!!! The manager was not helpful!

Been waiting 3 hours for my jimmy John’s to arrive. The only thing I ordered was an unwich. Thought it was suppose to be freaky fast

Placed an order for delivery at 10:35am. It is now 11:50 and still waiting. Had to call seven times before the phone was answered. Told them I had not received my sandwich. He said it was out for delivery and he only had one driver. Would have been nice to be told that at time of order. I jokingly said that this isn't "freaky fast" and he said "not anymore". I laughed. He then said if I could do better, I could drive for them. As a long time customer, I can see that this business is going downhill.

I don't know how to possibly continue janking up orders, this time it was online so clearly written, got a sandwich with missing ingredients and surprise jalapeños. I don't like leaving bad reviews but this is often and I felt I was polite and smiled and said thani you but they said "Have a better day" okay, what's that supposed to mean...Jank City
