Wow. I have never left a review on a “fast food” type restaurant before but this was too bad not to. I understand that it’s not always going to be the best. It’s fast food after all. However, bad food has been a reoccurring theme with Jimmy John’s in the Milwaukee area. I ordered delivery for a specific time, after being 20 min late, I called, the guy told me it would be there any moment. The guy showed up 45 minutes late. I left instructions to leave at the door, he called instead to tell me to meet outside. No napkins. The order was wrong. The sandwiches weren’t cut, even though it was requested. One of the sandwiches had bread so stale my kid literally couldn’t bite through it. The wrap tortilla was so hard in spots you could snap it like a potato chip. Even the pickle was cut like a two year old would do it. I cannot describe what happened to this toasted sandwich, it was by far the worst sandwich I have ever tasted. I don’t know what they did to it but I couldn’t even chew it. I really like Jimmy John’s, but it seems like in the last two years the quality in the Milwaukee area has really gone down. Not the first time I ordered and got stale food. For spending 50+ dollars on dinner and delivery it was really disappointing. This experience was enough to put me over the edge to just not go there anymore. Not trying to complain for the sake of complaining, but my goodness please do better.

We walked in at 550 PM on Sunday evening and the guy on counter refused to take order saying that it’s too late. The stores closes at 8 but looks like the guy did not want to take our order. Too bad service. Never recommend this store to anyone on South Howell. We have been several toJimmy John’s but this guy on this stores was just rude and lazy to work on Sunday evening

I will not lie, we had a delivery at one time where it took longer than expected. Were we happy? Not really. But the food is always good. Fast forward to about a month, we placed our online order for delivery. Marcel (sorry if spelling is wrong) shows up with our order and cookies that we did not order because he remembered that our last delivery was unpleasant. This facility has amazing drivers that go above and beyond to make sure that not only the current delivery is okay, but Marcel remember us from before and that shows he cares about his customers

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered through the mobile app, as usual, to get my order delivered to my house. I waited for an unusual amount of time, compared to usual. When I checked the app, it said the order had been delivered, however there was no food. When I called the store, a young man answered the phone & I explained the situation to him, he said there was nothing he could do & they couldn’t remake the order because they were “low on supplies” & that there was nothing they could do. He explained that they transferred the order to DoorDash, without my knowledge & provided the number to call. When asked if there was a manager I could speak to, he placed a girl on the phone. When I explained the problem to her, she told me that there was nothing they could do & that it was “out of their hands”. As I told her how frustrating the situation is & how they should have told me ahead of time that they were switching to DoorDash due to their driver being “too busy”, she hung up in the middle of me talking. Terrible customer service & experience, will no longer be ordering from them.

I placed an order today 10/16/25. Pick it up and when I got home to eat, the Beach club sub didn't have any turkey, just lettuce, tomato, etc I live 15 min away from this place so couldn't go back. I haven't had any issues in the past with Jimmy John's, guess there's always a first time for everything. :(

Went in there literally all 3 employees ignored me one walked past me twice like I was inconvenience her and no one cared to take my order so I left. Won’t be eating at jimmy John’s ever again

Two orders in a row messed up in more ways than one. This location has gone downhill. No tomatoes means no tomatoes. Curbside means curbside. Upcharged add-ons forgotten. Disappointing. No napkins. Ugh.

The online order status showed that the order was out for delivery and then delivered but it did not actually get delivered. About 15 minutes after it was said to be delivered it arrived. The drinks and sandwiches were brought into the house and we found that there was soda that was spilled all over the inside of the bag and the sandwiches. When we called to let the store know they said that we needed to bring the food back in because the driver said that he didn't spill anything on them and there was no way that they would have caused the issue. They blamed us for it. I pointed out to them that we have a doorbell camera that caught the situation from us taking the drinks and food bag from the driver all the way to us opening the bag and seeing the wet sandwiches. Nowhere on there do we spill any soda onto the sandwiches. From the time that the driver gave us the food to the time that my wife says these sandwiches are soaking wet with soda. In the camera footage, the sodas and the sandwiches are held completely separate from each other. The sodas remain sealed.

So now we have to argue with them over our food being destroyed and not delivered on time. This is not the first time that situations like this have happened where they demand we bring the food back to their store. Or they have made mistakes on the order and refuse to bring out a new order.

They also wouldn't let me speak to the manager when I called in.

Completely unprofessional and definitely not fast service, especially for a business that is less than 5 minutes drive.

I went in and ordered 3 sandwiches 2 chips and a soda and I thought it was a little more than I should have paid. Come to find out they added a sandwich on the order that I never even asked for. When I asked for it to be taken off they told me the cant individually take a sandwich off and they can't refund anything. Then asked if I actually wanted the sandwich. I said I paid for it so yes I want the sandwich. On top of that they had no ice in the soda machine. Terrible service today.
