Placed an order for delivery at 10:35am. It is now 11:50 and still waiting. Had to call seven times before the phone was answered. Told them I had not received my sandwich. He said it was out for delivery and he only had one driver. Would have been nice to be told that at time of order. I jokingly said that this isn't "freaky fast" and he said "not anymore". I laughed. He then said if I could do better, I could drive for them. As a long time customer, I can see that this business is going downhill.

Constantly delivering my orders to the wrong address (4+ times), once sent me the wrong order and the delivery driver calls me directly to argue that they gave me the correct order when it was 100% wrong, not a single item was mine. I gave JJ a few month wait, and ordered tonight and received mayo on my sub when idk if its even possible to order mayo on what I got. I called to get a refund and was told I can only get a 1 free sub coupon. I ended up having to request they bring the right sub, but it shouldn't be this much trouble to get the worlds most simple sandwich. Definitely avoid ordering delivery from this place, its an absolute disaster.
