Two orders in a row messed up in more ways than one. This location has gone downhill. No tomatoes means no tomatoes. Curbside means curbside. Upcharged add-ons forgotten. Disappointing. No napkins. Ugh.

The online order status showed that the order was out for delivery and then delivered but it did not actually get delivered. About 15 minutes after it was said to be delivered it arrived. The drinks and sandwiches were brought into the house and we found that there was soda that was spilled all over the inside of the bag and the sandwiches. When we called to let the store know they said that we needed to bring the food back in because the driver said that he didn't spill anything on them and there was no way that they would have caused the issue. They blamed us for it. I pointed out to them that we have a doorbell camera that caught the situation from us taking the drinks and food bag from the driver all the way to us opening the bag and seeing the wet sandwiches. Nowhere on there do we spill any soda onto the sandwiches. From the time that the driver gave us the food to the time that my wife says these sandwiches are soaking wet with soda. In the camera footage, the sodas and the sandwiches are held completely separate from each other. The sodas remain sealed.
So now we have to argue with them over our food being destroyed and not delivered on time. This is not the first time that situations like this have happened where they demand we bring the food back to their store. Or they have made mistakes on the order and refuse to bring out a new order.
They also wouldn't let me speak to the manager when I called in.
Completely unprofessional and definitely not fast service, especially for a business that is less than 5 minutes drive.

I went in and ordered 3 sandwiches 2 chips and a soda and I thought it was a little more than I should have paid. Come to find out they added a sandwich on the order that I never even asked for. When I asked for it to be taken off they told me the cant individually take a sandwich off and they can't refund anything. Then asked if I actually wanted the sandwich. I said I paid for it so yes I want the sandwich. On top of that they had no ice in the soda machine. Terrible service today.

I live 1 mile from this location. This is at 3 pm… I gave them my address on the phone.
I ordered delivery, they told me it was going to be 20 minutes until it was there. 30 minutes later I got a text message saying my uber eats driver was enroute to pick my food up. It shows an additional delivery ETA of 30-45 minutes after already waiting.
I call Jimmy John’s to clarify what is happening, they say they subcontracted it out. I tell them I work 3rd shift and need to sleep, they say they’ll add a free sandwich to my number. Cool.
45 minutes later, the uber eats delivery driver is hitting me up by text saying he’s here. I say I don’t see him. He sends me the address he’s at which is 4 miles away and never an address I’ve ever been to. He cancels my order.
I call Jimmy John’s, they say oh okay sorry we had that address on your account (how) and the sub contracted driver must not have paid attention. Now they’re saying they’re sending my order out with one of their own drivers. It’s been almost 2 hours still no sandwich.

We were pinched for time & needed a quick delivery. When I realized the online order did not take, I called the restaurant to let them know of the order and they lied and said it was on its way. 45min later we were still waiting. The delivery person got lost then to top it off we were missing several items & were not even offered any sort of refund. Would highly recommend AVOIDING this Jimmy John’s location. Awful response & Awful service.
Now I get ANOTHER response asking me to go back to square one on Jimmy John’s website to RE-Submit info to store owner. SOOOO MUCH HASSLE.

I was traveling from New Jersey, and stopped by here. First time at a Jimmy Johns. It was great. Thanks to the team here for feeding me, and giving me a great experience. Great staff here
