If I could give this place 0 out of 5 stars, I would, but unfortunately the lowest option is one. My order is wrong so consistently that it feels intentional at this point. Paying for food and then having to argue for what you actually ordered shouldn’t be part of the experience.

I don’t know how a restaurant with one of the simplest menus on earth manages to get my order wrong every single time, but here we are. Items are missing, food is wrong or cold, and checking the bag is mandatory unless you enjoy being disappointed. At this point it feels less like fast food and more like a recurring experiment in incompetence.

I wouldn't recommend going when school let's out. There's a school across the street the high-schoolers go there after school they are loud and obnoxious a couple of them were play fighting which is fine but not in the middle of a restaurant falling over into chairs. If you're going at that time take it to go.

Absolutely terrible !!!!! This was my order of fries. Old, dry, cold, and half full. I also had the McRib, ya that was so gross.
Ya ended up awake half the night throwing up.
I would and never will order from this place again.
Now remind you, this is how they served a drive thru customer at 12:20pm. How can you serve this type of food when it is lunch rush. Everything is rotating so fast, that it all should be hot and fresh.
Not stale and old or half cooked thoroughly.

I was overcharged. I ordered 2 numbers 4’s and asked for orange juice as the drink. The screen showed the total as $11.98. She said the total was $16.58. I asked where did the extra $3.60 come from. The manager stated that orange juice was considered a specialty drink and that the meals only come with a fountain drink. Who gets a soda with breakfast? The options are usually orange juice and milk. After tasting the food I was even more upset because the biscuits were hard and the hash browns weren’t salted at all. I threw it away. Waste of money. Would not recommend this location.

Drive-thru was fast, ordered a cone for my pup and the lovely lady at the register gave us a dog treat too??? It made my day and my pups whole year, so above and beyond :) thanks for making my pups day!!

McDonald’s- how about next time i order 3 meals and paid extra for sauce you put more than just 2 fries and 1 drink in the bag. Your food cost way too much these days for an error like this. Whose responsibility is it to check the items before you give it to the customer?
