Today's McDonald's visit was terrible at this location. Three of the four orders were wrong. Instead of two cheese burger Happy Meals we got two hamburger Happy Meals. My husband ordered a #3 Double Quarter Pounder but got a Deluxe Quarter Pounder instead. The manager apologized then remade the order but it was getting busy so it took at least 10 minutes to get the correct order. By that time the rest of the food was cold. The manager gave a few coupons for free items one of which expired 5 months ago. Kids wanted ice cream so we got two vanilla cones and a Mcflurry. Second bite of Mcflurry had piece of plastic mixed in. Managers response was "Oh that it came off the lid." Apparently shards of plastic in a Mcflurry is ok to serve. She offered to remake or refund and at this point refund was the best option with this terrible McDonald's experience.

This McFlurry ruined my second marriage.They couldn't have been bothered to even fill it up 75% of the way. Don't get me started on how it wasn't even stirred properly. Though, it's not like you could've stirred it anyways, given that the medium it was supposed to be stirred into is barely present.Plus, this isn't even a one time occurence. It's been consistently bad and get this - one of the times we asked to get it properly filled up, and you know what they did? They filled up only one of the two we ordered. When we asked for them to fill up the other, they told us: "we're not allowed to give you more ice cream". Like excuse me?I get shrinkflation is a thing, but at least change your packaging so I'm made to believe that I received a full order of modified milk ingredient frozen dessert.The rift was only growing in our marriage after consistent failures to receive a proper McFlurry, and it looks like today was the breaking point.1/5 stars. Only because I couldn't give 0/5.

Constantly mess up orders, especially drinks. Train your staff better. Replacing what I already paid for doesn't make up for the inconvenience and ruining my meal. Food is usually cold. Has become extremely overpriced especially since their service has gone down a ton. Get rid of the new drink lids. They are unsanitary, spill, and an excuse to raise your drink prices. You aren't helping the environment like you claim with these lids that use extra plastic and still need straws.

Went this morning at around 645 ish older lady taking order through the drive thru was extremely rude, corrected my husband who was ordering because he didn't say it the way she wanted him to then when he changed the meal to no meal so no drink she got upset huffing and puffing I could hear her she then shouted at him when he ordered something else shouting that it was a meal then getting an attitude I shouted back at her telling her she was wrong I know what a meal is and I'd dont want a drink so it's not a meal saying she didn't hear that I said u did bc u got mad took it off. We've had this lady before I remember bc she always corrects if u say something wrong plus I just remember her attitude didn't say anything before wasn't a big deal until she was yelling. Called the manager talked to her about it she was super nice I hope she gets talked to like just because you're old doesn't mean u can talk to people anyway u want gtfo.

Food was poor called to complain management reflected the food me being a former McDonald's manager my reviews speak for themselves no one employee at this location deserves what they get paid a hour 7.50 is what they should get glad to say this location didn't hire me they couldn't afford nor do.they deserve my skills and all I wanted was a part time job FYI this location doesn't deserve a single star

This location consistently serves dry burnt burgers that seem to have been sitting in the warmer for far too long. This is usually a guarantee at night, but even during peak hours the quality is still significantly worse than other locations. I would avoid this location if you can. It's never made me sick but I'm pretty sure they serve old burgers that are way past an acceptable window of time. Occasionally the fries are ice cold but that's more rare. On a positive note I have been eating less McDonald's, and that's better for my health lol.

The older lady at the drive thru every morning especially on 1/23/24 at 9:19 am is very rude for no reason . this is my second time having a bad customer service interaction with this lady . why have an employee who hates her job so much work for for ? not good …..

While the play area seems clean most of the time. They randomly close the play area when they choose too. Try telling a kid they can't play and having them cry on you..you should stick to the scheduled times for kids and parents

Sue, in the drive through was extremely rude. My father is old and a super picky eater. The drive through screen stated his sandwich still had cheese on it, so when I got to the window I tried to verify again it was just an all plain sandwich. Sue let me know the screen said what I ordered already(which is was stated incorrectly) and said she already told me it was plain. All Sue had to do was say,” Thanks for wanting to verify that information and yes, we do have it listed as an all plain sandwich.” When I asked for her name, she asked for mine, so publicly would like to let Sue know my name is Susie. Thanks for making this month feel less and less like Christmas than it already does. You did a bang out job on that today.I WILL say, Tim, the owner of the store did follow up with a call to apologize for this situation which I GREATLY appreciate. A lot of people don’t, and he took the time to do so. Now THAT’S customer service at its best. Thanks again, Tim.
