I came in a few hours ago today, around 8/830pm, and one of the employees named Ryan was yelling, slamming doors and throwing dishes. Made a ton of us customers very uncomfortable, made my son scared and he cried. a very unpleasant experience for me. And I come here every friday! My son loves these pizzas! Hopefully you guys can figure out this situation because this is disappointing.

Best place to either order off the menu or have the employee make your pizza with what you want on it. When the employee is making your pizza, you can request more toppings be added if you feel they didn't put on enough. If they aren't busy, your pizza should be baked and ready within 15 minutes. Sometimes the employees bake them a little too long & then I have requested a remake, which they did. 12 noon to 1 pm & between 5pm to 6pm seems to be a very busy time & pizza is usually done within 20-25 minutes. They do have a cauliflower crust for an extra price. Need to clean up after yourself, but I have been there a few times & some tables needed to be cleared & cleaned, which an employee was doing. Drinks are extra.

Crust is very thin so you can literally have it fall apart but the toppings are what you're after anyway. Next time try the double crust. Service is relatively quick. Worth a try.

Thought coming here would be nice since I’m vegetarian and my boyfriend eats meat and here we can customize small pizzas. They made the meat pizza first and I turned as they started making the Tristan pizza that I ordered and I noticed some pink on my pizza. I decided to ask the cashier if he could ask the pizza maker if she switched her gloves and she said no because “they didn’t say anything about that”. But if you aren’t regularly practicing glove changes all day that means the food is already contaminated so how would me asking make a difference. The cashier offered to remake it but I passed due to the lack of standard. This location also seemed so hostile because some of the female workers were so openly rude to the one male worker and I almost said something but then he went on break. Wouldn’t recommend this place, I see why the other location closed. 👎
