Awesome place to get a personal pizza any way you like! First time here and the service was awesome, a little slow because there was only 3-4 people working and a bunch of online orders, but it’s worth the wait if you’re a walk-in. To the person who made my mom and I’s pizza kuddos to you :)

normally I like Mod but not tonight! There's barely any cheese on the cheesy garlic bread. It is not cheesy! I guess I should have watched him but didn't think it was necessary. Also, customers in the store should be taken care of first. People on the phone should be put on hold especially when a bunch of people are waiting for their pizzas to be cut. This is a lot of money to spend for basically crap.

We started coming to this location over our regular one because we would check out the surrounding stores. Twice, the doors were locked, 30 minutes after the listed opening time. There was staff inside and when we called they said they weren’t open for dining in. Then before we had time to find another location someone came and unlocked the door. Today we stopped 30 minutes before the listed closing time and the store was closed with employees behind the counter talking with each other.

I came in a few hours ago today, around 8/830pm, and one of the employees named Ryan was yelling, slamming doors and throwing dishes. Made a ton of us customers very uncomfortable, made my son scared and he cried. a very unpleasant experience for me. And I come here every friday! My son loves these pizzas! Hopefully you guys can figure out this situation because this is disappointing.

Everything was great until I used the bathroom. The ladies toilet seat was very unstable and it wasnt very clean.

Best place to either order off the menu or have the employee make your pizza with what you want on it. When the employee is making your pizza, you can request more toppings be added if you feel they didn't put on enough. If they aren't busy, your pizza should be baked and ready within 15 minutes. Sometimes the employees bake them a little too long & then I have requested a remake, which they did. 12 noon to 1 pm & between 5pm to 6pm seems to be a very busy time & pizza is usually done within 20-25 minutes. They do have a cauliflower crust for an extra price. Need to clean up after yourself, but I have been there a few times & some tables needed to be cleared & cleaned, which an employee was doing. Drinks are extra.
