My husband and I ate a late lunch at the Oak Creek Diner. All of the food was very hot and the portions were much more than we could eat.
We had the fried combo as an appetizer and the french dip and crisper sandwiches. They were great and reasonably priced.
Amber, our server, and the gentlemen that kept our coffee cups full were great.
I would highly recommend the diner.

Food was cold and not very flavorful. Tasted as premade and served from kitchen after sitting awhile. Probably will not return. Staff didn’t smile much especially guy filling drinks. Too bad. Use to be good.

We've been coming to this diner for years on end and the staff always know how to make us feel like family. The food is absolutely delightful (I always order a cheeseburger with tater tots, and our usual waitress actually brings my go-to drink to the table before I order because she knows what I like) and it's such a cozy and wonderful diner.

Been here a few times always busy and service and food is always amazing
The atmosphere was that perfect packed large diner experience. Plates are well portioned. Service with a smile. Fast with the coffee refills. We enjoyed the French toast and a great chicken fried steak. The chicken fried steak was NOT full of gristle, like you get at chain restaurants. The gravy wasn't over peppered, black OR white pepper. I mean pluses all around.
We watched as orders went on the wheel and the prep went straight to it! Then there was an absolute flood of food plates. It was nice to see people working together to get people their meals, hot to the tables.
Parking: There are probably just enough spaces to have a full restaurant with 2 people per vehicle. Don't park in the neighbor's lot.

Visiting the area, I thought I’d try because of high reviews. The Oak Creek diner. Parking lot was full. There’s a lot of people in the restaurant. I was ignored from the hostess stand to be seated and they took the next group and once I was seated a gentleman that comes around with coffee, which is fantastic, but I was drinking tea, tried to pour coffee into my cup and I said now I want hot tea and he just continued to pour hot coffee into it so that happened once I got him to understand then he took a couple away. He gave me a new cop. The server finally arrived. I just ordered a basic two eggs over medium crispy, bacon home fries, and whole wheat toast Took a while but when it arrived, the eggs were over hard. The bacon was perfect. The fries were more like hashbrowns so that was weird. The toast wasn’t cut so definitely not what I’m used to what I come back if I just wanted a regular breakfast that’s fine, but I brag about it not really, the staff hustle, but they don’t check on you much.
