Stopped here for dinner and was disappointed with my food. I spend 40 dollars. The teriyaki chicken had absolutely no sauce. We ordered crab rangoons as well but waited 10 minutes. I had to go in and get them. The manager was very kind and apologized for the wait. It doesn't change the fact my chicken was plain. When I ordered teriyaki chicken, I expect sauce with it. 🤷♀️

I arrived when they first opened it at 10:05AM I ordered a plate which consisted of teriyaki chicken orange chicken and Chow Mein noodles the Chow Mein noodles had absolutely no cabbage or vegetables in it I also was told that it was going to take 13 minutes for the teriyaki chicken and I waited approximately 27 mins. Don't get me wrong I don't mind waiting but the accuracy of the wait time was incorrect.
Bella and her crew were the best! Great service and great options. Highly recommended.

I ordered a bigger plate and bowl through the drive thru and was told the orange chicken and sweet fire chicken would be a 5 to 10 minute wait. Okay that’s fine. We get told to pull around the building and wait for our order to come out. After 30 minutes of waiting my boyfriend goes into the store with our receipt and then was given a completely wrong order. I then decide to go in and when i bring up the problem to the lady at the front i get question if i was with the guy from earlier, if you knew that why still mess the order up? At the same time of telling the young lady about the issue, i get laughed at in my face. We very much love panda but please do better on the people you hire.

placed a mobile order to pick up during my lunch when I arrived 10 minutes later the person at the window said they hadn’t started making it yet and I could either come back to the drive thru or wait inside. Don’t see what the point of the mobile order is if it’s not going to be ready by the time it says then I went back around to the window in the five minutes they said and it was still not ready I asked if I could just wait at the window and they said no I had to come back around or wait inside keep in mind there was nobody else in line to order such crappy attitude by the time I got my food my lunch break was over
