Blonde lady at the window may want to work in the back where she doesn’t have to interact with customers. Her attitude is horrible. If you don’t want to work in customer service simply quit and find something else to do.

I came in at 8:30 to order walnut shrimp but they were out and said it’ll be 15 minutes because one of their fryers was out (I saw one of the employees cleaning it) so I said okay I’ll be back in 15 minutes and when I came back they said they weren’t making any because they close at 9:30!!! So you’re telling me that you stop making food an hour before closing? That’s ridiculous!

Legitimately the fastest service I've ever had and the staff was very direct
Always go out of my way to come to this location. But the last few times from getting one plate with more meat then the my fiancés have the end pieces that were left over from the batch.. the cabbage in the noodles is to much ! I literally had more cabbage than anything in my plate. I had to pick out noodles around the cabbage to eat till I separated it to see how much and wow. The last few times have been the same too much cabbage and the meat has been way over cooked or sat too long. We thought the last time we got the end of the batch of noddles but not 3 times in a row. I gave it more than enough chances to now realize I won’t return. Used to love coming here

Went Thur drive Thur. My food was cold ordered 2meats only got one. Smaller portions and smaller boxes being used. Manage was unwilling to return my money or anything else. Poor service. This is the second time this happened. So I will never go back . I with find other places to eat in oak creek.

Absolute circus. No one ever knows what they are doing there and they are constantly messing up orders and simply not bringing you your food to your car. They will straight up just have you sitting there outside for a half hour and forget about you. This place is a joke and needs better management.
