I ordered just a mac and cheese from Panera Bread, and the packaging was really disappointing. The cup wasn’t sealed properly, and it was leaking by the time I got it. To make it worse, they didn’t even include any cutlery, so I had to find my own. For a simple order, I expected at least decent packing and the basics like a spoon. Definitely not happy with this experience.

Should get zero stars. Went in for dinner they were out of all bread except one. Ordered tuna salad on the one available bread. Got my buzzer and it never went off. They waited until I went inside from the outdoor dining to tell me they were out of tuna! Mgr had no words.. not even an apology.

Always past the pick up time. Makes sense they usually have one person slaving away on the orders, focusing on Uber/Doordash or whatever. Just expect your pick up order to be anywhere from 15-25 min late every time. Food is good, service time is terrible. I would go there more if it was faster. People are busy get the orders out quicker!!! To sum up my review. Workers are friendly, corporate is greedy.

This store has truly gone down hill in recent years. We used to frequent this location often, but the last two times that we have patronized this location it has been ridiculous! The wait times have been over 20 minutes, for simple menu items. The first time that we noticed a change, was when we waited for our items, and after questioning the time, we were told that they were under staffed. Today, there was no explanation at all. After requesting that we be given our money back, all of a sudden our food was done. We timed it at 22 minutes, after the screen was saying it was being prepped. We will NOT be back to this location. I’m not sure if it’s management, but the staff works much slower than other Panera Bread’s in and around the area.
We ate lunch here on April 21. The place was filthy. Trash on floor and under tables, dishes piled up everywhere. Apparently nobody was tasked to take care of the dining area.
