So, some Panera locations Ive gone to, they usually will give me no kalamata olives, or a few. I asked for extra kalamata olives on my salad, and they actually put SOOO many on my salad. I was so so so happy! Thank you!!!

So, I ordered delivery today because I’m stuck in bed with the flu. The soup was absolutely delicious. But I also ordered a cookie, and it turned out to be the wrong one. I paid $4 for a chocolate chip cookie, but I got a raisin and berry cookie instead. And get this - someone even put a sticker that clearly says “chocolate chip cookie” on a raisin and berry cookie and then still bagged it up…

Just can't enjoy Panera like I did when it first opened. The communication here sucks for pickup orders. You just stand there and they ignore you and then throw your food at you like the soup nazi on Seinfeld. Then the food itself is just okay. At best. It used to be so much better.

My greek salad had waaaaay too much dressing and waaaaaay to many banana peppers so much so that I could only eat about half of it before having to throw it away.
I can't believe I am going to say this but this particular Panera is really good. The food is always fresh and tasty. And the service is always quick and friendly. I would never consider myself to be a Panera person but I make an exception for the Howell avenue one.

All their sandwiches are too soggy and wet you feel like your drinking a shake sandwich, the bread is so tiny that it cannot hold the structure of the sandwich, thus breaking the foundation of the sandwich and causing it to be flooded with juices turning it into a soggy object

I ordered just a mac and cheese from Panera Bread, and the packaging was really disappointing. The cup wasn’t sealed properly, and it was leaking by the time I got it. To make it worse, they didn’t even include any cutlery, so I had to find my own. For a simple order, I expected at least decent packing and the basics like a spoon. Definitely not happy with this experience.
